I could see this place working really well for someone with a position that is mostly heads down work. There is one meeting room but not a lot of places to take calls. They say that you are good to take calls in the public area but I would always feel like I was disturbing people. It wasn't busy when I visited but once it could busy I could see it not being a great fit for a client facing role. If you're comparing this location to Seattle co-working on California, they are very similar but Seattle co-working offers monitors you can plug into, has two rooms to take calls in, if you don't want to do it in a public area, coffee and cafes next door, but it seems like they have a waitlist over there usually. I didn't end up going with them either, but ended up taking the water taxi over the WeWork downtown to avoid a Bellevue or Ballard commute in a car. Probably would've went with this business due to its location if they had telephone booths or better call options like WeWork does. Great to support local company if this space works for you though.

I am also very impressed with their attention to COVID prevention. The owners make us feel so welcome each day. I enjoy a view of downtown Seattle and delicious coffee while I get SO much more done than I can at home. I love the "bring your kid to work days" and how kid friendly the environment is. I truly could ask for a better addition to our life right now. We are grateful for local small businesses and a community connection.

Indeed, you might find that after she helps you find the dream place to buy or rent you are looking for, that you've also found a new friend as well! She is truly not happy until you are happy, and I truly feel she is an absolutely genuine person who is in this to actually help people, not just make a sale. I was introduced to Rebecca when I was desperately trying to find a place to call my own away from the bland, white-walled, noisy apartments I'd been living in far too long. Originally I was looking to purchase a place, and Rebecca was AMAZING in helping me scout out so many great possibilities. She truly went above and beyond to hook me up with showings on my weird schedule, and to walk through each property and discuss not just the pros but also the cons of each one. She did not ever push me to consider a property that didn't actually suit my needs just to try to get my on track to buy. In fact, she was first to point out what didn't meet my wants and needs in a property several times. That's just priceless in a real estate professional! Rebecca found not just one, but two properties that I was seriously interested in buying and would have suited my needs fabulously. I was literally right about to jump on my favorite of the two when her help, support, and positive energy actually directed me into the path of an even MORE terrific opportunity. I was content to buy either of the great properties we found outside the city that fit in my buying budget. However, I actually ended up with a better deal for my personal needs with a long term condo rental literally in my very favorite area of West Seattle on Alki Beach. For my specific personal circumstances, and how much I absolutely love living in West Seattle, this actually ended up being the most perfect solution I could have dreamed up. I absolutely credit Rebecca entirely for getting me there! So if you are considering buying or renting, or even just want to talk to someone about the possibility of looking - I absolutely recommend Rebecca in every regard. She's a consummate professional, but also a lovely and decent human being. Not only will she work hard as hell to find you exactly the home you need and want, but she will do it with care and integrity. I am so glad she was recommended to me, and I highly recommended her onward to all my friends!

In one instance when I visited, the person I was meeting with was running late, so the staff allowed me to use the entire space until I waited and offered to make coffee or tea for me. The same employee remembered me in my next visit, and I'm not even a member of Hing Hay Coworks. But perhaps I should be?! It's really great that the International District has a coworking space. The times I've visited in the morning, it's pretty busy with people working, but Hing Hay Coworks has a very inviting atmosphere to it. There are desks and private conference rooms, in addition to couches and communal space here. There is a kitchen here, too, that workers have access to. Plus, Hing Hay Coworks is located right by the Hing Hay Park, so is walkable from the light rail station. What's especially cool for Yelpers is if you check-in here, you get a free day pass for Hing Hay! So in case you need to work in the International District, make Hing Hay Coworks your new office!
