We have an old gas fireplace and to start it the front screen and a trim piece have to be removed. They offered to install a remote starter which they did. Now I can light it without removing the screen and it works like a charm. I'm sorry I don't recall their names but the two guys were very professional and friendly and I highly recommend this company if you need work done on your fireplace.

I moved into my new home about 4 months ago. The house needed a lot of work. I had someone come out last week to clean the fireplaces and get them running. I did not want to run them until that had been done. The previous tenants did not take care of the house and I wanted to make sure everything was safe to use. The other company could not figure out how light the fireplaces and stated that the pilot system was broken. That I needed to call a repair man. I found USA Supreme Services on Yelp and set an appointment. Tom arrived within 30 mins of calling on my appointment day. He saw the fireplace and got to work. Within 4 minutes he said come enjoy your fire. I said what? I was expecting new parts, repair, etc. Nope. He said it was an older unit and he knew how to get it running. I now have a warm living room. I then said well if you can do that then can you look at the other one. The gas knob was stuck inside of the wall and I did not want to break it. He got it turned and boom we have fire! Best money ever spent. Super happy with the service, the timeliness of the appointment and Tom was super personable and friendly. He suggested going to Cunningham. When I called to inquire, I spoke to Randy via phone, and he was tremendously helpful. We stopped into their Woodlands location on Saturday, got all the information we needed, and had installed on Tuesday. Randy did the installation, and he was beyond amazing. He showed me how to use my fireplace and gave me safety tips as I have never used a gas one. His initial price was quite a bit higher than normal, but we were able to negotiate to something closer to the normal rate for the cleaning and prep in the 20 minute job. I was a little disappointed that he did not check the attic to ensure no insulation was close to vent pipe or the roof since I shared that there might be a bird's nest there. Otherwise, he was friendly and profrssional.
