    HTC is now Blue Stream Fiber. This company is by far the worst company that I have had the…read moredispleasure of working, with bar none.Aside from the TV constantly pixelating and freezing despite numerous calls (and that is with paying top dollar), they have: 1. Stolen money from my account three times without my knowledge or permission 2. Claimed that I owed them over $1,500 even though I sent them every single payment receipt from the beginning of January 2019 until June 2020 3. Lied to the BBB when I reported them saying that they called me and tried to work things out with me on 5 separate occasions (my phone records show just the opposite). 4. Shut off my services on June 23rd, but continue to bill me for them. This company has a contract with this HOA until 2034 and they think they can get away with anything. I have reported them to the BBB and the FCC, but who knows. It is so frustrating that it's not just me, but so many other people are having problems with these people and there is nothing we can do. If you ever have a choice, do not do business with this company. They are thieves and not to be trusted.

My cable froze during the Stanley Cup Game 7 and didn't run until…read morethe news was on... then half the Tonight show was not on because the channel just went to black... switching the ATT, Comcast or Direct Tv... anything is better than this P.O.S half assed cable nonprovider! Why she didn't ask before she locked everything at 6:45 pm? I was the only customer waiting for a salesperson. Nashi returned to the floor around 5:55 pm after she spent a while at the back, asking me if I needed help, funny help with what?? Everything was locked intentionally. I asked her if she could unlock it, There were more customers at the store with 2 salespeople. Her answer was NO it would take me 10 minutes to unlock. Then when I asked for the person in charge, she told me was her with a sarcastic smile on her face.

I had purchased after the good talk about what they had to offer, the price, etc. Ok, after a few days, I realized that the phone screen was much smaller, and I didn't like the device in general. I tried to return to the original location for a full refund...But I was told that the person wasn't in today and no one was here to take care of your transaction, and to try back tomorrow, so I did. I had called first ... The 2nd time I was told that this salesperson was out sick. ok.. So no, was available for this simple transaction. Went back a 3rd time with the same story,i explained myself, and I was told that for any refunds you would need to go to the T-Mobile at the mall, drove 20 mins ok... talk about a run around... someone could have suggested their policy the 1st time. And all the additional fees with my first bill are outrageous. Watch what you sign off on ..
