After I waited for 30 minutes at the store; Nashi told me, she locked all the devices and that I needed to come back on a different day. The worst customer service, unprofessional. Why she didn't ask before she locked everything at 6:45 pm? I was the only customer waiting for a salesperson. Nashi returned to the floor around 5:55 pm after she spent a while at the back, asking me if I needed help, funny help with what?? Everything was locked intentionally. I asked her if she could unlock it, There were more customers at the store with 2 salespeople. Her answer was NO it would take me 10 minutes to unlock. Had a horrible experience with T-Mobile. With the worst customer service. I had gone to my local store, not the mall in my town. I had purchased after the good talk about what they had to offer, the price, etc. Ok, after a few days, I realized that the phone screen was much smaller, and I didn't like the device in general. I tried to return to the original location for a full refund...But I was told that the person wasn't in today and no one was here to take care of your transaction, and to try back tomorrow, so I did. I had called first ... The 2nd time I was told that this salesperson was out sick. ok.. So no, was available for this simple transaction. Went back a 3rd time with the same story,i explained myself, and I was told that for any refunds you would need to go to the T-Mobile at the mall, drove 20 mins ok... talk about a run around... someone could have suggested their policy the 1st time. Last week I went into the store and purposely got there just after they opened at 9 am. There was only one person working and two customers ahead of me. Another employee came in which moved things along. I spent a little over 3 hours at the store and Anthony was absolutely friendly, professional and patient with helping me purchase a new phone, port my number and ALL of my 5 years of data off my old phone as well as set up new wifi for my home internet. He made sure I purchased only what I needed and got the best deal. Anthony also made sure my phone had a new screen protector put on, a new case as well as a charger. I walked out of the store with nothing left for me to do with my new purchases. Took my new Wi-Fi box to my new place, plugged it in and worked like a charm. Amazing service. Above and beyond. Every time I've had to come in it's a wait. Today I've waited over 40 minutes and I'm no longer a customer just trying to get something fixed from when I was. The helpline is no help because I need a pin that I've never created. T-mobile is a joke. They sent a confirmation email saying they received the item back yet keep sending me bills for the item over a month almost two months later. I will never recommend them or switch back. Recently our sprint phone was so outdated I decided to update our phones. I went into T-Mobile they showed me forms I picked out iPhone 12 mini two phones. They went over plans we found the plan the best fit us. They said they need a new pin number he asked me for one I couldn't think of anything at the moment so they used a random generated number. They told me to take a picture of the number for future references. He also said I get Netflix for free he sent me a link to fill out for Netflix. I told him we already have Netflix and he said that's great because we could give you a credit on your bill. I tried several times to do what he said on the app I got a message stating their system is not set up to do this transaction. Also I'm old fashion I need paper bills I do not trust electronic bills so they set me up with paper bill. I asked him again are you sure I'm gonna get a paper bill he said yes look right here you have to pay extra for a paper bill I said that's fine any assured me that I would get a paper bill. Three weeks go by and we get a text that our bill is going to be overdue. We called and they said we weren't set up for paper bills now he opens a canna worms. We have been working for several days trying to figure out how to get a paper bill so I can get it added to my account so I can send them out. Also they said I do not get Netflix now when it is specifically on the paperwork. I would not go to this place if it's the last cell phone place on earth. I had a very Bad experience if I could use negative numbers I would give this place a -100.If you look at my other reviews I'm not hard to please I'll give a lot of positives you have to really do something bad for me to give you a negative. When you have a phone that has a problem, it needs to be serviced. For my problem they send you a replacement phone. It goes to the store where you filed your claim. So what's the problem? 1. They give no communication about the claim at any time. 2. They don't tell you when the phone arrives at the store. 3. When 3 weeks passes and you inquire about where the phone is they tell you it's there! 4. When you get to the store they tell you that you got there too late, as the company allows 2 weeks at the store, at which time they deactivate and have the phone sent back. This review is mainly for Ryan Whiting, but the entire store employees and manager were ABOVE and BEYOND helpful with other clients that came in while I was there, which was a few hours. I normally express my gratitude at the time of service but Ryan was the BEST while resolving my issues with my dead Iphone 7, including direct contact with Apple to try and let me keep my phone but after much effort on his part he helped me navigate with a new 12 phone in which I now love. I'm of the older generation that did not grow up with phones and am challenged with this ever changing technology and he reassured me he would show me everything I needed and followed thru with that promise. This should be a zero. Called for some general information about services for My Metro by T-Mobile account and the pretend store manager, who At first would not give me his name and then said it was "Chris ?" - he spoke so fast I could barely understand him so I'm not sure if it really was Chris. Anyway, he said that Metro by T Mobiles accounts were separate from T-mobile accounts so I would need to call a Metro store for help. Hearing that I then asked him about transferring my Metro by T Mobile Account with its 3 lines from there to T-Mobile (based on what he had just told me - that they were separate carriers) he then said I would NOT be eligible to transfer my account to receive any of the special offers they are currently offering for transferring service because Metro by T Mobile and T Mobile carriers are under the same umbrella ... WHAT !!! That's totally conflicting information. I very politely said it sounded confusing and misleading.. Chris (?) became extremely annoyed and rude and spoke to me as if I were a 5 year old bothersome child and told me that he had "answered all of My questions" so basically "it was my problem If what he said and how he explained it was confusing to me". He wouldn't help me with my account at all because he said it was a Metro by T Mobile Account - which he claimed was a separate carrier from T-Mobile but then when I asked about transferring my account to T-Mobile since he said it was a separate carrier he changed the story and said I couldn't because of the "umbrella". issue - yeah OK that's not confusing at all is it ? As an interesting footnote I can pay my bill there and have done so in the past without any problems. Maybe Chris needs to go back to training class and put his thinking cap back on so he can stop sounding like a complete moron when he is on the phone representing the management team of the company while speaking with a long time customer.. .. or maybe not a customer.. - (from what he said ) .... I reported this to the Corporate Office because no one should be spoken to in the rude impatient tone no matter how dumb he thinks a question is. Customer Service = non existent . read more

They had a pretty good selection of phones, I went in to purchase the iPhone 6. They had it in stock, but I wanted the gold one (as most do) and they didn't have it. So I settled for the silver. And IN the silver, they only had the 64 GB which made it the same price as the 6+. I obviously still wanted the iPhone 6, so I bought it anyway. I mean the phone was factory and it was in the condition you would expect. But I wanted the gold, 32 GB for $600, and I ended up paying for a silver, 64 GB for $700. I have to say that the staff is very helping, lively, and they are happy to help. This store does have Spanish-speaking workers - in case you need that. (I'm pretty sure they aren't usually out of stock, but in my case they were because I bought my phone the weekend before Christmas. Keep that in mind.) I haven't been to this particular store and even though most t-mobile stores I have been to have been really good. Customer service is always great and so are the prices and plans. What I really hate though is that every time I visit Vero Beach which is quite often and I'm moving here soon I can't get service anywhere. I feel as if t-mobile towers don't exist in Vero because there is no service at all. If I'm not connected to WiFi then I might as well forget about using my phone at all. I fear I will have to switch my cell phone provider once I move here to Vero Beach. read more

I have been a T Mobile customer for about a year. Yesterday was the first time I needed their help. Without going through the whole story, I spent much of the day trying to get them to help with a difficult technical issue that their call center expert mostly figured out, but unfortunately, the last steps had to be completed at the store. When I got there (the store wasn't real busy), a young woman rolled her eyes because she was been interrupted from her phone. I told her the technician had written out what needed done and it was in her system. She told me my phone was locked and she couldn't access the programming settings. I reached over and pressed "edit". She then stared at me and said she couldn't help, so I asked if someone else was available. Of course there wasn't. I decided to switch 6 lines from ATT to T-Mobile for the very nice military plan that they have. Well after we visilted the store and talked to Erik we decided that it was best to stay with ATT and was leaving when the female manager came and gave us some different options that would work for us. We just had to wait for the first billing cycle before we could do what she had recommended. We bought it hook line and sinker, after the first bill we called support as the store recommender only to find out that we were as support said "mislead at the store" and they were not willing to uphold what we were told by a manger of their company. I will neither recommend T-Mobile or this store to anyone going forward. I do have to say they were smart in telling me to wait until after the first bill as I am now beyond the point of cancelling without penalty. read more

I purchased a Samsung galaxy note7 phone for my son's birthday. We received it on time, however it has a defective sim card reader according to T-Mobiles Tech Support. In order to warranty, T-Mobile requires you to pay down payment and taxes again to ship another phone, they say that they will credit it once new phone is received. If you elect to return phone and not receive another, they will not give you a credit for the original purchase. I have been a T-Mobile customer for many years and this is the first time I have had a problem, but they are unwilling to resolve this one. So be aware of this if you are planning to purchase a phone from them. read more

GO TO THIS BRANCH. I went into this t-mobile location because it was close to my job. I needed a new iphone but couldn't get into the many icloud's I had. Adson helped me out with everything and had the best customer service! Not once did he complain even though I had many things to do, and a lot of back and forth he had to deal with. The manager and the other staff were very pleasant and made it a painless experience for me. If you have to go inside a branch for certain upgrades or problems, I highly recommend this location.
