Our videographer, Judd, was professional, talented, and took the time to connect with my husband and I before our ceremony. We loved his artistic ability to incorporate the important details of our wedding into our highlight video; we felt that he really listened to us and what we wanted. The finished product was great; very professional, cleanly edited, and something that we will cherish forever. However, there were some slight communication problems in the weeks leading up to our wedding and the turnover time wasn't clearly explained beforehand (we waited 4 months for our 3 1/2 minute video, almost twice the amount of time we were initially told it would take.) We also were confused about the editing process and what exactly constituted as our "final edit." While ultimately our edit requests were met, I felt like I was being annoying by asking. Not a feeling you want when you've spent thousands of dollars on a service. All of these things were very minor though and we would still highly recommend them. All in all we're VERY happy and LOVE our video! If there were a way to give 1/2 stars, this would be 4 1/2 for sure!

My wedding was August 31 and I received my video rough draft the end of December. The only reason for 2 stars is bo of the video. This is a videographer company who takes photos. Not a photographer. Photography: The photos were subpar. We had the longest package and we ended up with only 300 to 400 something photos and they had to pull more from screenshot videos to get more pictures. Our packaged stated 800 quality photos. The photographers were not good at giving us cues to help us move, resulting of a lot of "say cheese" point and click Photography style. One of the photos that were sent to us had a couch on the dance floor, which makes me realize that they are obviously edited with Al. They stayed throughout a reception about an hour or two and multiple times I saw the photographer leaning against a bar table on his phone. Photography, for my wedding has been the most frustrating aspect of it, I cried many of times for the lack of great photos from my wedding. For eight hour wedding package the photos of my husband and I are probably like a good 20 photos of us. Half of my wedding photos they didn't adjust lighting and | look like a ghost. I had to beg and plead to get the rest of my package. I finally received my wedding booklet for my August 31, 2024 wedding about a month ago which was May 2026. I had to request it multiple times and I was always met with excuses from surgeries to work schedule. Save your energy, and money book elsewhere.
