Ordered raised foil business cards for my new business, haven't started selling anything yet so I…read moream paying out of pocket from what little I was able to save up to make this purchase. I trusted them to make them look good but I never got offered a physical proof of it, only a digital one. When I got the cards, you can't even read a single word on any of them. The foil was thick on those areas and so you can't read any of the lettering. I wasn't given any options to get a physical proof before making a decision, I didn't even know you can request that. This little mistake cost me nearly $200 that I won't get back. I was offered a 50% discount to purchase more but I don't have that money right now. I was counting on these cards to get me in the door to customers to begin business and I spent what I had to do so. I am sure their work is excellent but for my first time, I did not get the best service and just wasted money which is delaying the start of my business. I already had issues with another business making my cards and wasted money on them so I searched for a more professional, local business thinking that there shouldn't be any fail with this one. I can't really use these cards because they don't look professional at all, they looks like a sloppy mess that makes it look like I made these myself and settled with the mess I made. Can't say I recommend this business, you just might waste a good chunk of your savings to get your foot in the door in a new business, saldy. I really hate leaving these sort of reviews, it doesn't feel good on my soul but I expected better and got very disappointed. Wish they had a refund or reprint policy

It sucks to write this because Luis and Noemi were nice and professional at one point…read more "I had high hopes when hiring Chavez Web Design to create a professional website for Maldonado Mobile Detailing. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be disappointing and frustrating. One of the key features I requested was a functional form on the website, which is essential for my customers to contact me easily. Not only was this feature not delivered, but when I raised concerns about its functionality, it became clear that the company either lacked the ability to make it work or failed to communicate their limitations upfront. What was most frustrating was the lack of transparency. If they were unable to meet my needs, why not simply tell me that from the start? Instead, the situation escalated into unnecessary disagreements and tension, which could have been avoided with honest communication. As a small business owner, I value professionalism and respect. My experience with Chavez Web Design fell short in these areas, and I cannot recommend them based on my experience. I hope they improve their communication and commitment to meeting client expectations moving forward." I was Noemi's friend and she offered to help. I shared my business thoughts and ideas with her. Noemi you abandoned my business without the proper return. You discarded my website and didn't refund my money. Luis you charged me $500 for both websites and tricked me on putting them on your hosting. Big mistake

When I noticed it,, the woman was really nice about it and told me they could "fix it right away". They called me about two hours later to notify me they were "fixed". The man/owner Mike, was rude when I told him I will pay full price even though I will likely never wear them because it does not look right. The "H" that was fixed into an "N" looks ugly and sloppy. They just stitched over it converting it into the N. I asked will I be required to pay full price, given their mistakes and waste of my time/inconvenience. He said yes, full price. I said I was displeased and unsatisfied with the quality/appearance, he said "if we would have caught the mistake and fixed it before you saw it you would never have known/noticed". It's literally ugly and obvious. All of my colleagues agree. I will never wear them. I ended up agreeing to pay full price, respectfully but let him know that I was disappointed with the quality I'm receiving. He said "well the rest of the hospital loves our work". This statement does not apply to me in this situation right now. Personally, he was rude & inconsiderate. To recover a poor situation the least you could do would be discount the product to try to recover a crappy customer experience. I suppose his company needs the money more than I do. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMEND.
