I just got a prototype from this company. It cost me $6,000…read more Im very disappointed in the lack of professionalism when it comes to the complete design. Misspelled words, subpar UI/UX, 1 modification that still wasnt corrected. I gave up asking for corrections so I will have to pay someone else to correct what shouldve been corrected in the $6,000 I already spent. 1. They are VERY nice people and Im sure they mean well, but they are NOT a company I would suggest to others to get their development done. The experience doesnt match their costs. I believe the location of the PM ( Jack the one that gave the company a 5 star review) is in the US, but Im pretty sure the people working on the project are overseas. Which is fine but IF you disclose that, that wasnt disclosed. 2. I couldve gotten the same thing from Fivver or Upwork for half the cost I was charged. I would suggest that over this company any day. 3. IF you decide to still use them, make sure you DO NOT PAY until you get all of the edits and corrections done. You will get very limited modifications, if any and once they have your money, they basically dont care about delivering a corrected project. 4. If you have few thousand to throw away, this company is GREAT....if you want to get a finished product that you can actually use, I would NOT use this company. Again, great people. The communication is decent, they are just not experienced enough for what they charge.

They handled my website, logo, brand identity, and podcast production, and I can say without hesitation that their work is exemplary. Not just visually clean, but strategically sound. Every decision felt intentional. Nothing cookie-cutter. Nothing rushed. Just thoughtful, professional execution from start to finish. What sets them apart is their ability to translate vision into form. I didn't have to over-explain myself -- they listened, asked the right questions, and delivered results that were aligned, elevated, and on point. My brand now looks and feels like what I always knew it was meant to be. Communication was clear. Timelines were respected. The quality was consistent across every deliverable. In a world full of "designers," Bklyn Custom Designs operates like true brand architects. If you want your business to look legitimate, cohesive, and powerful -- this is the team. Period. Highly recommend. -- Grey

I found them through Thumbtack and live on the opposite side of the country in LA, but the process was still so quick and easy! Once I selected "the one" and gave my feedback, I received the next round of logos the next day and they were absolutely perfect. The team at Spark is very professional and extremely prompt. Their communication and work far exceeded my expectations and I very much look forward to hiring them for my future branding needs.

As an independent freelancer with a growing clientele, when it came time to create my own website…read morewith Squarespace, I thought it would be an easy, straightforward process. Long story short, I couldn't have been more wrong. Although creating an account was a relatively simple process, setting up a website that was both functional and aesthetic was far less straightforward than it was advertised to be. For people who have full time jobs, working through the nuances of website design--how to manipulate images, change spacing between elements, understand how your site will function on a desktop vs. mobile, etc.--is exhausting. Squarespace doesn't offer any direct customer support, and when you do email them for help, they simply send you links to read and "how to" videos to watch. All in all the time and energy it takes to learn how to work with simple design elements can be extremely discouraging. Yes, you can set up a site, but there will be lots of things wrong with it and it will never really look like a professionally built site, which of course it isn't. Working with Mark, however, was simple, easy, and ultimately saved me an incredible amount of energy. After trying to work on my own with Squarespace for almost 2 years, I had a website, but it was nothing like what Mark was able to produce in a short period of time. What's more, working with Mark provided me with a website that was functional, professional, and beautifully reflects my personal brand. Not only does he possess an intricate off-hand knowledge of how the platform works, but he understands custom coding and will go to any lengths necessary to make sure you get what you want when it comes to the design of your site. His precision and attention to detail are major assets in his ability to create professional websites, as are his unique design ideas. Given his skill level and the personal attention he offers I would definitely say that working with Mark is guaranteed to vastly improve the look and feel of your site while saving you an enormous amount of time.

When I contacted Mark I had no idea what I wanted and I was slightly all over the place. As a result, he suggested we meet in person so he could get a feel for my personality in order to create an aesthetic that truly captures who I am and what I was trying to convey. From the moment we met I felt an immediate confidence in him and inspiration within myself. He asked great questions and was able to help me to consolidate my thoughts and what I wanted to convey to the public about my private psychology practice. Shortly after our first meeting, Mark sent me a draft that exceeded expectations. He included everything we discussed and created a visual which complemented my personality and my practice perfectly!! He took my corrections and feedback and implemented them immediately and improved upon my suggestions in a way only he could. Working with Mark was an extremely pleasant experience. He was patient, creative, informative, and he kept me focused. Our collaboration resulted in a website that is not only beautiful but sets the tone for potential clients on what working with me would feel like. I can't say enough good things about Mark! Use him and you too will be wowed I promise!!
