One of my windows was broken and I needed a quick repair so I didn't get rain inside. I received a recommendation from a camper repair guy that I should contact Gull Lake Glass to replace the window pane. So I called and talked to them about the repair. They walked me through the repair estimate, cost, and length of time. I scheduled an appointment with the hopes work could be completed in the same day. I brought my window to them just after they opened and they got right to work. They quoted me same day replacement. After about 3 hours, they called with the finished window. Amazing!!! I picked it up and got it installed in time to keep the rain out. The window pane was originally glass and I replaced it with plexiglass. As you can see, it looks identical and really nice!! And, the cost was less than originally quoted which was a huge bonus! I would take my glass replacement here again. I can't speak to a new glass product, such as a glass shower door or other project, but if they treat that in the same manner, I'd use them for that too! Thank you!

One of the services we asked for was to get a weekly report of who is turning the alarms off and on. It is now the end of February and we've never received the report. I have contacted them by email and by phone to no avail. This is the third contact I've had with them in a couple of weeks. I asked for one month credit on the account because I hadn't been getting the service I paid for and I was told no, we will send you over a months worth of info now. Not a good business practice!!
