My mom hired them.to clean a stop…read moredrain .They said she needed a new pipe from house to sewer main .She told them to go ahead .they was only going to take no more then 3 days .This started back in Dec. 2024 .it 9 month later now and still having trouble with them . They took 2 weeks to do the work and mess up her yard buy at least 5 different trench trying to find the main drain (which was 40 ft in her yard all the way across) They killed her Tree because they went on both side and taking all the roots out looking for main they never found it .they wanted us to reach out to city so we did because she was still having back up .City ran dye down drain and it never came out the main so they didn't hook it up to main drain .City helped us out and found FULL NELSON PLUMBING .They came out and had to run new line to main sewer they did it in 2 day and had to fix the yard up because Zoom left a mounds of dirt the hole link of her yard .We talked to Zoom owner and Scott agreed to give Full Nelson the 7000.00 that my mom had pain them .but they haven't got pain or heard from him. he also won't take our calls !!! DONT TRUST THIS MAN HE LIES and take advantage of elderly!!!!

I had a main line stoppage with roots in the line, paid for camera service, and they claimed my pipe needed replacement, but never showed any of the camera or supporting evidence. I receive no receipt for money given at the door, and when I paid more than the service was I could not get a refund of the money, only supposed credit to next service with zero proof. Company claims they have many discounts, but does not, will not provide you any supporting documents, and was not worth the money. I ended up calling Duty calls and having them do additional work since these clowns will not even provide documented camera proof for service that should have been rendered. STAY AWAY!!!
