My family were patients of Dr. Khosla's for many years, and every time we interacted with her she was cold, curt, and acted as if she were doing us a huge favor in even speaking to us. We were also unceremoniously dumped as patients, without warning, after missing two appointments because of other emergencies. I'm not sure if this decision came from Dr. Khosla or from his gatekeeper office manager, but either way, it's a poor way to treats patients with whom you have a multi-year relationship. The practice as a whole is extremely unprofessional and treats their patients very poorly.

NP or a PA comes in to the room and assesses your situation after asking a few questions with the answers you give them. Then out you go with a prescription if needed. It's so nice to have a facility like this. If I had called my doctors office it would have been a week or more before I could see the doctor. I highly recommend Premier Urgent Care.

Even after having a non-diet soda I couldn't think I was having trouble talking. We rushed over here to get help and they wanted no part of me. They said we needed to go to the premier ER that was a couple miles away. My husband told them I was diabetic and I was in the situation I wouldn't have thought that would have been be on there expertise. We went to the other place and had nothing but good things to say about them. That was pretty much having a life-threatening incident and they're refusing to even see me was beyond rude and unprofessional and dangerous.
