Like the review below mentioned, Heather the receptionist is extremely unprofessional and beyond rude. My family were patients of Dr. Khosla's for many years, and every time we interacted with her she was cold, curt, and acted as if she were doing us a huge favor in even speaking to us. We were also unceremoniously dumped as patients, without warning, after missing two appointments because of other emergencies. I'm not sure if this decision came from Dr. Khosla or from his gatekeeper office manager, but either way, it's a poor way to treats patients with whom you have a multi-year relationship. "Heather" at the front desk, the woman you have to call to schedule an appointment or ask about your prescription or do anything, is RUDE. She is the gatekeeper and she is the meanest receptionist I've ever dealt with. EVER. I tried to keep Dr. Khosla as my doctor when I moved to LA (because I liked him so much, sadly) and there was an incident recently in which I was told they would be liable if he did not see me every year. Well, nobody told me that. I'm fine with finding a doctor out here if it's too hard, I just wish the situation would have been handled differently (maybe with some compassion? maybe?). So one star, because I am mad and I've been yelled at and treated badly and it's not even 10 AM. read more

We have been patients of Dr Khosla for many years. He spends as much time with us as we need, and we have found him to be interested and responsive no matter what our complaints are. read more
