He took the time to walk around the house with me, answered all of my questions, and paid attention to the little details that others seemed to overlook. That gave me a lot of confidence that I was choosing the right team. The results completely exceeded my expectations. They matched my existing house color perfectly and updated the trim to complement the existing gutters, giving my home a fresh, clean, finished look. I honestly can't get over how much better my house looks. It's amazing what a difference a quality paint job can make (at a budget-friendly price point too). What impressed me even more was how quickly they got everything done without sacrificing quality. The crew was professional, hardworking, respectful of my property, and clearly took pride in their work. Every day they showed up ready to work, and the finished product speaks for itself. My husband works graveyard shifts, so taking on a project of this size ourselves just wasn't realistic. Hiring John and his team was one of the best decisions we've made for our home. They made the entire process easy and stress-free, and the craftsmanship is outstanding. If you're looking for an honest, detail-oriented painter who delivers exceptional results, I wholeheartedly recommend John Schoettler Painting. After the first job, Oscar and his team were so fantastic that I never even bothered getting a quote from any other painter for the second or third job. Each time, the quote was fair, the work was done impeccably, and the crew was always respectful and professional. Oscar and his team have painted interior spaces, cabinets, and even an exterior for me--each job turned out absolutely perfect. Most recently, I had some questions about dry rot repairs that a carpenter had completed during the exterior job. I sent a text to the project manager to ask if we could meet the next day to discuss it. To my surprise, Oscar himself showed up bright and early, ready to talk through my concerns. He was determined to ensure everything was right, even though, not surprisingly, they know more about carpentry than I do, and there was nothing that needed fixing! Oscar still took the time to validate my concerns and walk me through everything--true professionalism at its finest. I've worked with many contractors over the years, but Rojas Painting stands out in every way. If you're looking for quality work and a team you can trust, look no further.

I strongly recommend!  This is the company to use if you want to ensure your money is well spent…read moreand you'll get extremely high quality work. They recently painted my house exterior. It wasn't a small job and it had significant challenges.  Much of the siding dated back to 1960---thick layers of bubbling and peeling paint due to the failure of 57-year-old primer.  In addition, there were spots that hadn't been sealed for years which resulted in rotting wood.   To top it off, there was mildew because the prior owners had used a sub-par grade paint. This company by far exceeded my expectations on the prep work.  I'm very demanding, but even where I would have been satisfied with the extent of the prep work they weren't. All mildew wasn't just pressure cleaned, but killed with the right carefully controlled chemicals. The crew spent days ensuring that all surfaces were fully clean and stripped down before any paint touched the house.   The paint was similarly properly applied.  I have overlapping horizontal siding, so right up front in the bid they told me that it needed to be double rolled on top of the spraying.  This ensures the bottom edge of the siding is well sealed and doesn't wick up moisture.  Again, no cutting corners.   The result is crisp.  Super crisp.  Everyone who has come by my house has just stood and stared at it.  I never knew that a paint job could be so interesting!  It's because the work is so well done that it takes years off my house and certainly increased the value---not to mention the enhanced protection.
