I get the cheesy bread as my daughter's pizza and always add extra pizza sauces with it. Our favorite day to order is Tuesday for their BOGO pizza, but I just saw today there's a deal for it any day! I am particularly impressed with this location's customer service. The website was updated since the last time we'd ordered and I could not find the bogo deal, so I called the store. The gentleman who answered was very helpful and made sure I received the deal. When I got to the store to pick up my order he had everything organized and ready! I felt honored by his graciousness and kindness. This location looks new- it's vey clean, has large signs promoting the "Hot Deals" and breaks down the menu in a clear and concise way. This is the first Casey's to come to our area. We grew fond of Casey's pizza when we lived in a…read moredifferent state up north. The pizza, so far, has been very good. The ease of ordering on the app is great. The deals they regularly offer are definitely a nice perk. I have no problem whatsoever, so far, with the pizza. My issues are with the service, particularly the inability to get the pizza out on time. Now, I'm not one that is banging on the counter when the app says it's ready, but I do expect it to be somewhere in the ballpark. The last two orders I placed were quite late getting to me. We typically eat supper early so we rarely are ordering during peak times. Both times I came in after the wait time given in the app (19 minutes), and my pizzas were either just being made or just being put into the oven. It's only about ten more minutes wait, but a bit frustrating when there's no apparent reason for the delay. We're not giving up on this Casey's because it's the only one around (and that may be the issue), but I would sure like to see them make punctually a higher priority.

We had the garlic and tandoori flavors as an appetizer, and enjoyed more naan on the side with the butter chicken tortellini and the spinach paneer pasta. Delicious sauces, light and well spiced. The restaurant is easy to get to, right off the I 30 frontage road, well-lit with plenty of windows around the perimeter and good mainstream pop and rock in the background. The smells were delicious as well. Service was attentive but not intrusive. We will go back!

Cashier said it's a known problem and I reordered. As a native Illinois resident and just passing through, I love to get pizza, especially ones that claim to have deep dish pizza, like you would get up north. That being said and fully declaring myself a pizza snob, this was not it. Crust was good but not the traditional deep dish crust. While the pizza itself was good it also lacked flavor? Needing spices, Italian seasoning, something. Cute little place that's definitely for a pick up only crowd. Service was fine, nothing special. Love supporting local and it appears by the amount of people ordering that this place does a killing on its own. Try it for yourself!
