They give you such clear directions and if you follow them you cannot fail. It's science! You stay motivated because you see the weight coming off so fast.  Last year I had cancer followed by radiation treatment and a hysterectomy. Afterwards, I started working out with a trainer and got strong again. But my weight didn't budge. I thought I had reached an age where I was going to have to live with being "pleasantly plump", but I kept hurting my knee. I was too heavy and I knew it. It made me feel bad about myself. I wanted to feel and look good again. So, I called and made an appointment with Dr. Patterson. He was awesome and had no doubt I could get the weight off in a short period of time. Everyone on staff has been so supportive and amazingly helpful. They've made it so easy! I have been able to stop my blood pressure medicine, lost inches in my waist line and everywhere else. I feel great and look like my old self again.  Go see them. You won't be sorry.

I think it helps that we are both on the plan so we're not tempting each other with bad food choices. Surprisingly, I've not felt deprived or hungry and there are many tasty food choices. Dr. Patterson and staff such as Tabitha have been great to work with and are very encouraging. I feel good and pleased with the results so far and would do it again. I am confident the weight loss will continue.

Cordova Medical Clinic is friendly and convenient, making it an easy option for quick visits. The…read morestaff is welcoming, and the process is efficient--you're typically in and out without a long wait, especially if you avoid the early morning rush. The care quality feels a bit like an assembly line, which likely contributes to its popularity and quick turnaround. While it may not feel very personalized, they are consistent in both their care and pricing. They offer a wide variety of services, including weight loss shots, vitamins, and supplements, giving you plenty of options depending on your needs. The prices are on the higher side, but they seem comparable to others in this type of business. Overall, it's a good option if you value convenience, speed, and consistency.

Would highly recommend.

The communication with the MA's is horrible. One literally just told me in my chart that they are understaffed and see 40 plus patients a day. She was irritated that i was requesting a follow up on my lab results and a much needed MRI order to be sent to radiology for my care. Then she proceeded to attempt to correct me when i messaged earlier about the MRI stating "I never said it was sent. I said i would send it". Really? It's been a week and you want to correct me? It has not been sent!!! It's been a week and nothing gets done unless i follow up and continue to ask. And i waited a week before even asking about the MRI in order to be patient. If i don't advocate for myself who will? Not good customer service at all.

The intake paperwork system did not work well, had numerous irrelevant questions, and frustrated the staff. That kind of is what it is. Later, the phone staff apparently called me about a specialist medical referral, although they did not leave a message. They had made an appointment for me without asking me. I called back after checking caller ID & finding out it was New Life. The woman on the phone was snarky, had an attitude, talked over the top of me. I asked her to please stop speaking inappropriately with me and she blew up. She raised her voice, and transferred the call without asking or saying anything - just slammed me on hold. Someone else picked up and did not apologize to me until I advised that I am also a healthcare professional and patients should not be treated that way. I then called the medical specialists' office to move the appointment that was made without me being asked. Their office told me that New Life provided the wrong name and wrong address for me. I saw some other bad reviews on-line for New Life and the responder, who characterized themselves as office manager, appeared to dismiss the concerns and dress down the patients who made them. Likely that explains why phone staff feel emboldened to raise their voice, behave inappropriately with patients, and not even bother to give correct contact information to referrals. It saddened me.
