I am putting out a major warning about the owner of this business who I dealt with personally this…read moreweek. He had a 1972 Chevelle that I fell in love with and we made an agreement for me to buy the car for $50,000. I live in California his shop is in Pennsylvania so certainly I had some questions since I don't know this man and he's asking me to wire him $50,000. We came to an agreement quickly and he asked me to Venmo him $2500 and the car is mine. I am going to produce all evidence of everything I'm claiming in the post. Monday night Venmo him right away the 2500. He told me the car was mine in text messages. Along with the fact that he had many other buyers for the car at higher prices all the way up to 55k. I asked him why is he selling me the car if he has people that are willing to pay more, he then replied it's not a sure thing. Now prior to the $2500 I received a text messages from him which I will produce about a buyer about an hour away that was coming up to pay $52,000 for the car. He told me if I Venmo him the 2500 the car is mine he will tell the other buyer the car is sold. I did exactly that. He sent me the text message between that buyer and himself to tell me what a lucky guy I am, and that he could've sold the car for more money blah blah blah. I did show my appreciation and I told him that. This car was exactly what I was looking for and I was very easy easy customer. I talk to him once about the car. I sent the Venmo right away. I thought I could trust him. Boy was I wrong. I have a bill of sale with no disclosures hand written about any type of cancellation policy. That bill of sale is 100% a contract that can't be canceled unless both parties agree legally. The only way it's legal is if he disclosed something in writing to me prior to the sale for cancellation that I have to agree to. I have proof of purchase. I will be including pictures of the vehicle everything I'm stating. This is a scrupulous owner in business that he gets away with this stuff. I was to Venmo him the remaining balance the next morning. I went to the bank first thing in the morning Pacific Time by the time I got to the bank I got one text message stating my $2500 has been returned in the deal is dead. What this jerk did is use me to get more money for the car as a bargaining chip. This is the bottom of the barrel and this is what gives car salesman horrible reputation. His ethics are zero I'm a 54-year-old man that has purchased many cars over the last 30 years. This is never happened to me. This man will lie and screw you without a doubt if he can make a little more money doing so. Everyone should stay away. This is a principal issue for me now and I don't want any of the public to go through what I went through with this guy. Everyone should be on alert. There's plenty of cars out there to buy from somebody else who's reputable and is a decent human being.. I will now prove clear pictures how scandalous this guy is.

I got an email from one of the sales associates that said they would take $24,490. So, my husband and I, both business owners, take off work to test drive it and purchase the Cadillac. Leroy told me he had made a mistake; the price is what's on the window. The same thing happened to my dad and mom three years ago; they overpaid by $6,000. TEAM took advantage of the fact they were old. Sorry, but you stick to your word when you tell someone something. They were accommodating in letting us test drive several vehicles, getting us quotes according to different options (different terms of loan, down payment, etc) and allowed us to compare warranty options, etc. They also didn't pressure us. We came and went a few times before making our final decision and weren't given the "if you take it today, I'll give you even more off" line. I think Chevy products are quality, but to each his own. I've come to learn that car loyalty is akin to religion and, as such, I won't go any further trying to sway people! Happy car shopping, if you find yourself doing thus!

I explained the alignment was quoted over the phone as $90, so that leaves the 4 tires that I PURCHASED PRIOR so they were not involved in the cost. The mount & balance of the 4 tires was $134. I said why so much, and the manager said because they are over size tires. I then explained that my half ton pickup is 100% factory, meaning no big wheels, no lift kits, no wheel spacers, or any other thing after market. The tires I bought were the exact same size that came from the factory. So how could they charge me for over size tires. The manager walked in the back for a minute and came back out and said that he would lower the bill. He was nice enough to take $14 dollars off, haha what a joke. I will never go there again or recommend.
