The garage…read morecalled us back to let us know what all was going to need to be done to the vehicle and told us it was going to cost a certain amount and would be completed by the end of the week. Come Friday we still hadn't heard anything back and figured they hadn't finished yet or just didn't get around to calling us back. Come Monday, my husband called to ask what was going on with our vehicle and they STILL had not even started working on the car (that was supposed to be completed the previous week.) After ANOTHER week of waiting for a phone call, we AGAIN called them on Friday now (11 days after dropping our vehicle off) for them to tell us it was ready... no one bothered to contact us or let us know the vehicle was ready. They then proceeded to tell us the cost was now $200 MORE than they initially stated. Cleary, we were a bit irritated at this point and curious as to why we were not contacted and made aware that this was now going to be an additional $200. My husband called them back to ask why the cost was significantly higher than we were told and what all had to be done for it to increase to that extent and their "professional" answer to this UNDERSTANDABLE question was, "well, we can charge you MORE if you'd like." Absolutely ZERO customer service, ZERO professionalism and we will NOT be returning. We will also make sure it is known to friends and family that the quality of professionalism at this business is close to none. In no way, shape or form was my husband ever RUDE or LOUD with any of the gentleman in the office on the phone and I am highly disappointed a business in our town treats their customers in this fashion.

    Just got back from Kens tire in Frackville for oil change DO NOt GO THERE. I will get into much…read moremore detail later but in short I called yesterday they said busy but could drop our Buick off and pick it up later I said can we just bring it on Sat when you open and leave it They said yes. I had my retina surgery drops due by 8:30 -8:45 time period. They said Sat they open at 8AM Neth drove Buick got there at 7:56. I got there in my Nissan truck 8:10. They told her if she wants to wait it would get priority. So I told Neth when I got in (she was still at counter) ok we will just wait and be home in time for drops. Over hour 45 minutes NOTHINg I went outside to check Car was not even in garage yet As I walked in I said to Neth Its not even in yet . Counter guy heard it and said there were 10 people ahead of you. Neth said there were two to me. They overheard her and said People who were there first went to diner to eat. (Neth said to me no line when she came in just 2 people in chairs. Ok we stayed patient . Guy who came in from, garage heard that and said yours is going in next. After ANOTHER half hour I walked out saw car in end bay with a young employee dwashing something (nothing to do with my car) I said is this car near done he said no its not started yet. I said to him they told me half hour ago it was next. I did say to kid corporate will hear about this (not in ANY loud tone or angry just factual normal voice) As I walked away somebody in the garage said fuck that mother fucker. I went in to front desk explained that I just had detached retina surgery and was going to bring my wife home to do my drops and come back for car but desk told her she would get pushed ahead if she wanted to just wait (as stated above). I told him again my eye was at stake get it done. Roughly 15 minutes later a guy came in and handed the bill to older guy and my wife said to him that you told me Id be put right in when I first came The younger guy was loudly yelling at her that there were lots who were there first he pulled out a slip showing she got there at 7:56 and one slip showing somebody else got there a couple minutes before her. He DID not show nor did we ask the slips showing arrival times for the alleged 9 others who got there before the 8AM opening He said the staff gets in a little early to set up but did not mention the other alleged nine other customers getting in before 8aM He then proceeded to say this will be your last time here I told him about the filthy language directed at me earlier and in a room full of customers and my wife he blurted out the fuck word in several sentences and repeated you wont be back here again. I said you are right about that. No employee of a business should ever treat a customer like that nor scream the f word toward my wife (not to her but she was right standing beside me) . I'm done with that place forever. Simple oil change Ill be checking oil level and make sure its clean oil to make sure there was no retribution for asking if it was done yet. Just to be sure. Neth is not happy either. especially with their foul language in front of a NOW room full of customers. By the way the time we were there there were no nine imaginary customers coming in from a diner to pick up their cars allegedly there before ours today and when I called Sat they said they DO NOT take appointments first come first served. Ican see if people dropped off cars night before and said Ill pick it up tomorrow but they claimed 10 customers beat my wife in this morning and went to eat (separately I presume as it was not a wedding party alleged ahead of her.

After dropping the vehicle off overnight, I received a very pleasant call from the store informing me that my appointment was not in their schedule. Turns out, in the midst of the holiday manic and chaos, I actually scheduled an appointment with another service center. I scheduled an appointment to have the work completed at a later date and planned on picking the vehicle up at the end of the workday. To my surprise, I received a call that the technicians were able to complete the inspection despite their heavy workload and that the vehicle was ready for pickup. This was my mistake-and mine alone. Yet the professional staff at the Camp Hill store went out of their way to accommodate my mistake. Staff were extremely courteous and professional. It is utterly refreshing to see a company so vested in their customers and willing to go above and beyond-even when it wasn't their error. Jack Williams has earned my business for life! Trust me, they deserve your business and you will not be disappointed!

But to sit in a waiting room for 3+ hours and watch a woman and two guys shoot the sh!t and smoke heaters while we are waiting is insane.
