Let me preface by telling you we previously went to two other local Kia dealers in a fifty mile…read moreradius. The first, in the Lehigh valley was a terrible experience. They, apparently were having a promotion (one of those "you won a free big screen TV" postcard mailings ) and it was pretty chaotic. We were shown a handful of cars on the lot and then rushed into the cubicle to provide information for financing when we hadn't even settled on a vehicle, let alone a price! The second dealership, shiny and new in luzerne county was pleasant and very calming. The salesperson was very patient with my questions and kind. However, they took my trade for a drive and evaluated it but was stalling on proposing an offer. This turned me off. We need to know what the dealer is willing to pay for our vehicle to ensure we are able to get into a payment we can afford. The third dealership, the best dealership, was Outten Kia. As soon as I walked in, I was already stressed from previous experiences and not in the mood to get the run around or take any crap. Cue Adam to enter scene. What an all around fantastic guy. He immediately put me at ease and allowed me to step back and give him some information. He asked if we were looking for new or used and what we would like to have in our next vehicle. Once we discussed our wish list, Adam told us what he had on the lot that could fit our requests. We ended up with the vehicle we had hoped for at a fair price, keeping our payments comfortable enough that we won't have to worry about the repo man We only wish we hadnt wasted two full days of car shopping and had just gone to Outten Kia first. Please heed my advice, go see Adam, you won't be disappointed. Thank you Adam!

We started at Rentschler to begin our process of buying a new vehicle but looked at several other dealers- near and far. We were not happy with the treatment at these other dealers. We went straight back to Rentschler and are extremely happy we did. We were already satisfied with the mechanical team in the service department over the years. Bob Kuntz, parts advisor, always updated us with the status of any needs for the vehicle before automatically replacing part(s), called when the vehicle was completed, and treated us with respect. Now that we have purchased a vehicle at Rentschler, we know that the respect for customers is also in the sales department. Adam Gazdalski-sales consultant, Paul Woodring- sales consultant, Greg Williams- sales manager, and John Knapp- finance manager were all pleasant to deal with and took the stress of buying a new vehicle off of our plate. The certified pre-owned vehicle we purchased at Rentschler was super clean inside and out. Adam Gazdalski made sure to explain every portion of the vehicle to us before we drove it home...even though it was past closing time. We highly recommend Rentschler Chevrolet! Every department is extremely customer friendly. Don't know why we even looked at other dealerships. Thanks Rentschler Chevrolet for an awesome experience!
