Could not have more great things to say about George and his team! I hired George after I had…read moremultiple floor to ceiling mirrored wall panels removed and needed the walls behind them repaired and painted. Because of some other renovation hiccups, I had to postpone a couple of times and George was more than accommodating and even squeezed me in last minute when I was ready to go. My building is a bit of a nightmare. And unless you use their recommendation, gives everyone contractor a crazy hard time, including sending George and his employee Dan away the first time they came. Despite this, George and Dan could not have been more flexible and nicer about it. I have not had them paint yet, as I'm waiting to have some other work completed first (will update when they are), but I am so excited for when they do because the repaired walls look so much better already!!

I have used Elite to paint my home four times - 1. For my living room, dining room, hallways and…read morepowder room, 2. For my newly removed master bathroom, 3. For my bedroom and adjacent hallway and 4. For two upstairs bedrooms. That's speaks for itself. You don't repeatedly use a vendor unless they are above and beyond. And they are! Elite does excellent work and is fairly priced. Tony, the owner, shows up to discuss your job and provides an estimate. In all four jobs, the price I paid was the estimate. Note, I didn't rely on Elite to choose colors, I spent hours doing that on my own. You have a project manager, texts to remind you of appointments and follow-ups to check with your satisfaction while they are painting. And the jobs are simply excellent. Friends complain about seeing brush strokes, windows that are painted shut, paint drips on the floor. I never had to worry about this. The work is exemplary. I can recommend them without hesitation.

Paulo and the team communicated clearly throughout the entire process, followed up consistently, and kept me informed on timing. Their pricing was very competitive, and the quality of work exceeded expectations. They did thorough prep work, including power washing the entire house along with scraping and sanding where needed. They also applied primer where appropriate and finished with two coats of Benjamin Moore paint, which really shows in the final result. They even took care of replacing damaged shingles, which was a huge plus. The crew was punctual, very pleasant, and paid great attention to detail. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately, and they made sure everything was done right. The house looks amazing. Overall, a smooth and professional experience--I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality exterior painting. Addendum: After the job was completed, I noticed an area that was missed (hard to catch even by me since everything was white). I reached out, and they immediately sent the team back the very next day to take care of it. That level of follow-up and care really stands out--the job was already done, but they still came back without hesitation to make it right and stand by their work. Would definitely recommend.
