My OCD for perfection thought for sure I would find something to complain about - but that never happened! Painting ETC actually gives you more than what you pay for... they are the best of the best. He provided his expertise as we worked through the quote and decided on room color selections. Michael was accommodating with the schedule for the job, helping to ensure we spent as little time as possible out of our home (with a toddler and newborn twins, this was huge). During the project, he provided daily updates on progress. His team was professional and the quality of their work is exceptional. We are very happy with the end result and hope to work with Michael again on future projects.

He…read morecompletely transformed our tiny, awkward basement bathroom into a space that's functional, beautiful, and way more spacious than we thought possible. His layout ideas were so smart--we never would've come up with them on our own. He and his team also installed LVP flooring throughout our apartment, and it looks amazing. Every detail was done with care and precision. From day one, Alex was incredibly responsive, respectful, kind--and truly honest. His pricing was exactly what his business name promises: affordable, with no surprises. You can tell he takes real pride in his work, and his team does too. We were nervous going into the project because you always hear horror stories about working with contractors, but this experience was the total opposite. We feel so lucky we found him. We trust him completely and will 100% be calling him again for future projects. Highly, highly recommend!

My bathroom was over 50+ years. When you walk in it feels like you are in a different house. Absolutely amazing people to work with. I will continue to work with them for all needs around my house.

In one day they removed the wallpaper and the paste, sanded and repaired the wall, primed the wall and put on two coats of paint! They politely pointed out that my paint job in the hall was not very good and asked if they could put another coat over it for no extra cost! They did and it looks so much better. Carlos and Miguel did a wonderful job and cleaned up everything. The cost of $900 was very fair. Even if you get a lower bid I would go with them for the proven quality of their work.

However I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYTHING ELSE. The project was completed in early October and we are still cleaning up after their work. They subcontract out plumbing work and tile to other companies that are horrible. I had to pay another company to fix their mess. Also his good price estimate was over another 50% and took four weeks longer then expected. Again as a painting company they are ok if you want anything else done "STAY AWAY" tile company and plumbers they use are subpar.

Can anyone fix this leak?? I had several estimates, had 4 different companies come and tell me what would fix that leak. The range of remedies was vast and varied in costs. CHARLIE with ON THE SPOT was the first to come take a look. Right away I was impressed with his knowledge, he was very kind, respectful and professional. He came when he said he would, took pictures, & explained everything so that I could understand. He found the problem that the other guys didn't even mention & it made perfect sense. He is honest and that is a gift beyond measure in todays world. My Mother and I felt totally safe with him and he even encouraged us to follow thru with the other estimates I had scheduled. In the end, we hired ON THE SPOT and are so so so glad that we did. They were on time, worked quickly, were very clean and cleaned up any shred of debris from the job. They were mindful of our dogs, keeping the gates closed even when our dogs were inside. AND THE LEAK IS FIXED!!! We just had a massive drenching a few days ago AND IT DID NOT RAIN IN THE KITCHEN!! NO LEAKS!! THANK YOU CHARLIE WITH ON THE SPOT! We will be telling our friends and family and will definitely hire them again as they do home improvements as well. Knowing that you have someone that you can trust in all aspects is priceless...so glad we found ON THE SPOT

I would not recommend On The Spot under any circumstances. Immediately after signing the contract,…read morethe red flags started popping up and did not stop until I was abandoned in an endless field of them. It felt like my project was managed like a game of hot potato, with no one person taking responsibility from beginning to end, but instead, by lots of people who seemingly never collaborated and also managed lots of other projects as well as evolving roles within the company. The subcontractors that they used to do my project varied wildly in terms of the quality of their work and experience. Working with On the Spot is not an experience I'll ever reflect upon with any fondness. Everyone has that friend/neighbor/realtor's nephew who had an awful experience with a contractor. Well in this case, I am that friend/neighbor/realtor's nephew and On the Spot is that contractor. Look elsewhere.
