The so called " Treatment Coordinator" absolutely difficult to deal with and could use people skills, perhaps reviewing her notes and previous emails. Her offers for payment plans are more like here's what you'll pay. One of her payment options were more than my mortgage. She had left the office and returned, my thoughts are she should have stayed gone. She will push you for appointments using up most people's allotments.
