The office has been consistently great about getting us in same-day when the need arises, and that sense of security when it comes to your kids is priceless. The care my kids have received has also been consistently great. Another important plus: when our kids were switched over to Medicaid bc of the marketplace, they continued to see us, and not all offices do that. My oldest; my daughter, saw Dr. Mallard for her first two years. He truly was great. As she grew older, I wanted to change to a female Doctor, and we couldn't be happier with Dr. Shekarabi! My daughter adores her, and she's so patient, thorough, and really takes her time with the kids. Her nurse is also warm and welcoming. When my son was born in 2021, he had a couple of complications that were quite scary for us during his first two months. Dr. Shekarabi did an incredible job of finding the problem, saw him multiple times per week to keep a close eye on him, got us into a specialist. I am so thankful we had her in our corner during that crucial time. Our son is now 15 months old, and doing great! The office is a twenty-five minute drive from us here in Brentwood, but my husband and I value this place enough to deem it worth the drive. I highly recommend this office for your kiddos!

They absolutely did. Every professional there told me they would tell me as soon as possible, only for them to forget. It was an incredibly dehumanizing experience and I received no empathy or apologies, only excuses. Stay away if you want to be treated like a human. They also recently changed their phone systems to make it impossible to speak to a human. If you call you will ONLY get a three minute phone tree and be asked to leave a message. You will NOT talk to a person. I am incredibly disappointed with the offices obvious distain for the people it's supposed to be helping.

Dr. Wei tried various treatment methods and would not stop until I completely got well again. He is very persistent and caring and he takes his time to explain to you what is the issue and what it actually means to your health. I have even been to him to have a complete physical done and he called me himself to tell me the results. My Dad had a nasty cold last winter and one day Dr. Wei ran into my Dad out in public and took the time to ask him is he was better and if his cold had gone away completely. The man really cares about his patients. The rest of his staff are great too. Everyone is very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Note: One of the nurses told me that Sunday is probably their busiest day of the week and sometimes they have so many people that when the waiting room gets full, people have to line up outside in the hall to wait for their turn. I like to go on Saturday mornings because it is usually not that long of a wait to see Dr. Wei.

Calls and messages go unanswered for long periods of time, if they are returned at all. In addition, my experience with the nurse who drew my blood was very negative. She was rude and did not appear confident or skilled in performing the blood draw. Unfortunately, my concerns proved valid, she used the wrong tubes, which resulted in most of my lab work being canceled. This created unnecessary stress, delayed my care, and forced me to repeat labs that should have been done correctly the first time. Overall, I left feeling that the clinic is far more focused on collecting payment than on providing quality patient care. It is honestly concerning that they are able to treat patients privately without insurance given the level of service I experienced. Between the doctor's failure to return calls and the clinical errors with my lab work, this has been the worst healthcare experience I have ever had.
