Dr. Kyrzynske's nurses are professional andcompassionate. I've never felt rushed as they gather information, review medications, or make notes for Dr. Kurzynske's review. But, it is Dr. Kurzynske who makes one feel like a real person with real value with real issues. He listens attentively, probes to ascertain issues, is not rebuffed by questions, and makes his patients feel like they've been heard and receiving the best medical attention and actions that a primary care physician could offer. He is knowledgeable and trusted to be current in that knowledge. He views patients as whole persons, physically, mentally, and emotionally. He sees the patient in context of their circumstances (i.e., impacted by needs resulting from work and family situations). His compassion is real and comforting. He is forthright in positive and helpful ways. His sense of humor is appreciated. Dr. Kurzynske is one in a billion!

Come to think of it, none of them look healthy. I've seen more diagnostic confidence from the Magic 8-Ball in my kid's toy box. Worst bedside manner I've ever experienced. Has no medical knowledge or recommendations when asked. Women in the office are all overweight and rude except for one. Save yourself the headache and do not go here. If you practice health, you should at least attempt to appear healthy. Dr Pak knows nothing about health.

They care. Their integrative approach is a refreshing change from places that are more reactive and focused on symptom management. Additionally, there are a bunch of small touches too that make a big difference - they all come down to an operation that is centered on doing what is right for the patients/families, not around maximizing billings and throughput. Speaking of billings, rates are reasonable and they accept most if not all of the major insurance in the area. Compared with many family and pediatric practices in the area, is relatively easy to get an appointment and the even have some Saturday hours. All told, it's worth driving a few extra miles for me to get great care for my family and finish visits with a smile.

This practice showed poor communication and placed undo blame on me (the patient). I showed up on time (documented) to my appointment after an hour drive. I had called the morning of to confirm I would be seen while sick. I had previously tried to locate their sick policy, including Covid policy, and they had none listed on their website. I received a call from the scheduling office, as I was walking in, that I couldn't be seen, because I was late for my appointment. I explained that I had arrived in the allotted time frame, was walking in at the moment, and that I had called them beforehand to confirm I could be seen while sick. I let them know I had been sick since the day before, and they placed blame on me for not calling over the weekend to let them know that I was sick. I was then told I would have to pay the cancellation fee, because I didn't cancel within 24 hrs. I got a hold of billing, and after much difficulty, I finally received a full refund and an offer to reschedule 6 months out.

He had been falling alot, head aches, brain fog, etc... The next morning, he died in his bedroom at my house. I called them and they said they NEVER got the message, that it must have landed on the "general voicemail". What, he was wanting her opinion and approval before going to the hospital. ***NOW, FAST-FORWARD to 2025-2026. I have another friend that's been going there. His blood pressure is extremely high, last visit 170/117. 4-5 months ago, I finally went to to their office to complain that not getting correct prescriptions to publix correctly. I was also crying bc I had already lost 1 friend. I finally worked out out...that time. Last week, same thing. I called, they checked and said (and spelled) his BP meds had been called in. 4 days later, today, they explained to the patient that they did "NOT SEND IT IN BC THEY HAD NEVER PRESCRIBED THAT MED!" YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME. BLOOD PRESSURE IS ALWAYS HIGH bp/100+ and had been since he's been going there. We're looking for a new doctor

Luckily, they must have replaced the front desk staff because they're better now, but for years they were always so rude to me over the phone when I tried to schedule an appointment (always for 2+ months away, keep in mind I was trying to refill my medication). Since switching doctors, I was informed that they had not taken the proper precautions with their prescription of one of my medications. Crazy to hear that you should've been getting your heart checked every visit and not have received a single one ever. For the medication they could've prescribed a year's worth for, I had to come in every 3 months (again, couldn't because they are so booked up). I've never even met Dr. Jones in the multiple years I was a patient at her practice. The whole place is just incompetent, I am so relieved to have switched.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Riverside Clinic in Nashville. My biggest…read moreconcern, and the reason I feel compelled to write this review, is the complete lack of communication from the doctor. Calls and messages go unanswered for long periods of time, if they are returned at all. When you are dealing with your health, waiting days (or longer) for a response is unacceptable and frankly alarming. Patients deserve timely follow-up, guidance on lab results, and answers to medical questions. That level of care was simply not there. In addition, my experience with the nurse who drew my blood was very negative. She was rude and did not appear confident or skilled in performing the blood draw. Unfortunately, my concerns proved valid, she used the wrong tubes, which resulted in most of my lab work being canceled. This created unnecessary stress, delayed my care, and forced me to repeat labs that should have been done correctly the first time. Overall, I left feeling that the clinic is far more focused on collecting payment than on providing quality patient care. It is honestly concerning that they are able to treat patients privately without insurance given the level of service I experienced. Between the doctor's failure to return calls and the clinical errors with my lab work, this has been the worst healthcare experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking attentive, professional, and patient-centered care.
