The colors they chose are very uplifting and relaxing. Since I hadn't tried any of their food, I thought I should start with the breakfast tacos since that's what they seem known for. I ordered the Barbacoa taco, and another one (I forget the name) with bacon egg cheese potato. They also had a lovely basque style Horchata cheesecake which of course I had to try. It was decorated nicely with edible flowers.. I ordered everything to go. I loved EVERYTHING! Beyond delicious. Soooo flavorful! The Barbacoa had a nice crispyness and delicious pickled onions. You would think a bacon egg cheese potato taco would be basic, buttttt not here. The eggs fluffy, potatoes caramelized and just SO good. Cheesecake was amazing. I love that it wasn't super sweet. Anyway I cannot wait to go back. Some could say it's pricey, but you get what you're paying for in terms of quality. I'm looking forward to trying their croissants and various other things. Unfortunately I ate everything too quickly before I got pics of the food! Just go and try it!

I ordered 2 beef tacos and a bottled water. My price point was $4 which I thought was a great value. The tacos were hot and served on warm corn tortillas with cilantro and fresh onion. My bottled water was extremely cold. The thing that really stood out was their very flavorful homemade red sauce. If you are looking for something quick and good give this food truck a try.

Stayaway from; Columbian hotdog unless your dyeing for a hotdog. the nachos no longer good with anything but the movie theater kind of cheese and chips that are not as good as the ones they used to use. despite the photos showing it, no sour cream, salsa or any other topping except jalapenos included. basically, anything but the tacos wont be as good but the torta, burritos are fine but a bit pricey at 10$ for the size/ quality. highly recommend; the tacos! flour or corn. taste great comes with sauce, and lime. 2-5 is good for most people sober or tipsy. improvements could be made; -prices on side of truck to help the line and staff. -higher quality chips- currents ones taste like school diner -recyclable packaging -a bench for customers to sit down would be a pleasant addition -friendly about price checking and ingredient checking

You could choose between 4 meat options for the taco plate (chicken, beef fajita, carnitas or pastor). They forgot to bring the vegetarian option that I requested, but were able to create a quesadilla on the fly, with onions, cilantro, cheese & sauce for my vegetarian guests. Now, I've eaten a lot of tacos in my time, and when I tell you that these were the best pastor tacos that have ever grazed my food chompers in this lifetime...babyyyyyy! Since I hosted the event, I also taste tested the birria tacos (for research purposes) and they were just as flavorful and delicious as a taco eating patron like myself could ever hope for. The absolute best part is that I only paid for what we ate! I didn't have to pay for a fixed number of people, we only paid for the number of people who were served.
