Left work at 1630 to collect and called on the way to be told there closed for the day. However I can collect my clothes tomorrow morning. So they would have been washed and sat wet for the majority of the day and the whole night. Clearly this wasn't a viable option as they would have stunk the following morning. So had to get the laundry to wash again the following morning Not going to lie I felt robbed. Why not call 30mins before closing and say 'We're closing in half an hour, come get your kit' they took my number, it's beyond me. Apart from wanting the extra money. It seemed completely fine to them to mooch in the following morning and pay a premium for a service that was now void and be left worse off then I was. £56 (had to pay again for another wash) to get my clothes back wet. Unbelievable... Forgive me as I didn't say thanks but I genuinely didn't feel thankful.

Takes both 1 and 2£ coins. If you don't bring ur own detergent, they sell it for .5£ a cup which they'll top load for u before u start ur wash. No dryer sheets as they find the high heat to not leave u w any of the sheet scent anyway. They're open daily for varying hours and offer self wash as well as service wash for a small fee 3-5£ depending on machine size.

Haven't been to launderette for years and my eysight isn't so good but Angie was brilliant in explaining what size washing machine I would need for kingsize duvets. I brought my own washing and conditioner in and Angie showed me where it went. I didn't have enough change but Angie did. There is a change machine, drinks machine(40p for a cuppa, which was very reasonable) and joy of joys, a toilet!!! Everywhere was spotlessly clean and fresh. I came in on a Monday morning during the summer hols and it was almost empty. In the winter and children back at school, it will be busier but you can get washing done! Met the manager who comes in on a Monday and Thursday. I told him I was impressed and would put a review in. 2 kingsize duvets to wash and dry came to approx £17.
