You can make an in person meeting or simply fill out the forms he sends you. He keeps great records and is super organized in everything you get. I receive my packet from him the end of December or the beginning of January (first week usually), so I can get most things filled out... if I didn't procrastinate. He also mails out monthly financial tips, stock information and well wishes. When I turned my taxes in this year (2021) for my 2020 taxes, it was the first time I saw him in person in at least a year. He greeted me by my name.
