Yes, not unlike many other doctor offices you might have to wait longer than you'd like in the waiting room but Dr. Dickson is worth the wait. If waiting is an issue for you, then select your appointment time first appointment in the morning or first appointment after lunch. In 1990, while stationed in Panama, I contracted toenail fungus. After two military podiatrists treated me with Lamisil, followed by three local podiatrists also treating me with Lamisil --- all failing to cure me, 35 years later Dr. Dickson knew exactly what type of medication would be right to treat the fungus and cured me. Thank God for him. Dr. Dickson performed a Cheilectomy on my left foot. After the surgery I had full range of motion and it took the normal 6 to 12 months recovery to be completely swelling and pain-free. Great job! Now I can walk, hike, run, and dance without pain. Dr. Dickson is top notch in his field and takes the time to explain in detail your issues and potential solutions. You can tell by his demeanor that he actually cares about his patients. While at his office, I had him fit me for some insoles. If you're having foot pain or other issues, see Dr. Dickson. Don't waste your time and money at the Good Feet Store. I made an appointment for my boyfriend for 10:00 am. We got there 15 minutes early. He filled out the paperwork and returned it. After an hour wait, he decided to leave because they let somebody else into see the doctor who came 30 minutes later than my boyfriend. Also, he needed to get back to work and couldn't wait any longer. When he asked about the wait, he was told "that's just the way it is". No apology or explanation. They said it was "normal". That he would have to wait that long anywhere he went. If the wait is always over an hour, then the office staff needs to get their #%€! together. It's just unprofessional and unnecessary. On another side note, the doctor's certificate was expired on the office wall and I could see the computer screen from where I was sitting with patients info on it. Bad bad business. How can I put my review nicely without any bad words, unless you are very calm person and does not get irritated quick do not use this doctor.Doesnt listen, always talks over you.But sure charges money quickly. I am sure he helped many and its good but for me there was little to no help. Wow! This doctor is amazing. So intelligent and right on with his diagnosis. I wish I had seen him months ago, but my PCP didn't set up the referral and then it took months to get in. Love the staff too. Very helpful and kind. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the wait. But worth it! read more

Dr. Dickson is very friendly and makes sure you understand everything in full so you can make an informed decision. He has a very calm nature so it takes any stress you might have and throws it out the door. His staff has always been very friendly as well, super easy process. Dr. Dickinson and his entire staff are amazing. The receptionist is super sweet and kind and she worked me into an early appointment when I told her about the pain I was in. The nurse who worked with me was also amazing and took good care of me. Dr. Dickson took time to explain the procedure I was having and all the things I could expect afterwards.
