There is a restroom in the waiting area and chairs. The wait time was not too bad, we had 4 people ahead of us and were going at a pretty good pace. My only suggestion in the waiting area is someone should really look into cleaning the ceiling vents, its all molded and dusty. Matthew assisted my husband and my husband liked him a lot, said he was very nice and discussed Matthew's cool tattoos. I got Brianna, she was very nice and friendly as well. Because we came in for the same thing after they took our vitals we waited for the doctor. We didn't wait too long for Dr. Susan Eiteljorge. We both really enjoyed Dr. Eiteljorge. She was just as friendly as her staff, was quick to diagnose and discussed and explained what she was going to prescribe us. We highly recommend this place if you need an urgent care. Hopefully we dont get sick again, but if we do, we will come back here due to friendliness, professionalism and they took our insurance!

The reason for the fax is because my insurance company ask for additional information. One of the faxes got thru, but was not filled out completely. Today is 3-20-2025 and I have not gotten my medications. I have tried to speak with the officer manager, Kaitlyn Sanchez, for 2 days. She has not been her office. I have left her messages, but no call back. I have never had this issue with any other doctors office. The lack of concern and the lack professionalism is very disturbing.

With very little notice we were dropped as patients because the physician chose to go with conviva and they no longer were able to take our Blue Cross Blue shield insurance. I can say personally that it took me a long time in order to trust my physician and I finally was able to manage that with these doctors. I had a wonderful relationship with Dr Laura Soler and now I feel cheated out of the medical care that my husband and I deserve. However, because of this doctor's greed, we were forced to find another doctor. The problem then was that all the doctors in Portland Texas had very long waiting lists in order to become a new patient. Due to our medical needs, we were unable to wait on the waiting list that these other doctors required. My husband and I are both on multiple prescription medications and the only place that we were able to find was bridgepoint family medicine that is run by nurse practitioners. LeWe are now having to get sent out on referrals for all of our problems because the nurse practitioners are unable to manage our needs. We are now having to pay a lot more money out of pocket for our medical needs because now we are being required to see multiple different specialists to manage our needs. If I could give this company less than the one star rating at this time I would. I have to say it again that it was extremely disappointing on how we were no longer good enough to be patients at this office.

I was checked out by my job's on site medical staff and advised to see a doctor as they thought I may have kidney stones. I am not from the area so I don't have a GP here nor am I familiar with any of the hospitals or clinics. I searched for providers in the area who accept my insurance and this one came up so I made an appointment. I was asked to arrive 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Upon pulling into the parking lot I was immediately a little turned off by the huge "BOTOX / WEIGHT LOSS" signs slapped on the building. Where I'm from, only tacky doctors offices do that kind of advertising. But I don't know this place, so no biggie. It got even tackier when I walked in. This doctor has done-up pictures of himself along with praise articles slapped across the wall and is even advertising his vacation rental homes in his office... you can't make this up. I walked in 10 minutes early and wasn't acknowledged or called up until 15 mins AFTER my original appointment time (12:30) I filled out said paperwork, and then waited for another full hour to be called back. I was asked to wait in the patient room for ANOTHER hour before even being seen by the nurse (2:30). I asked when she thought I might be seen by the doctor as it had already been 2 hours. She responded with a snappy "she's coming". Ok. At 2:45 I'm told they'd like a urine sample, blood sample, and ultrasound. Perfect. Those simple things took until 3:45 (lots of waiting in between) and when I was done they sent me back to my room that they had already put another patient in. I accidentally walked in on him. The doctor came to discuss the findings with me and said they didn't see anything but she was still writing me antibiotics (?) and pain relief in case there were stones that they couldn't see. I make mention of the pains and their randomness. No questioning is done and she insists I get the meds. I ask when I can see my lab work results. Surprise! There is no portal and they have to give them to you in person, requiring you to return for another shitty appointment. Cheers I left at 4:15. 4 hours for what could have taken 2. I won't be back. Upon looking up this doctor's other office (on Saratoga) I saw another slew of horrible reviews. Save yourself the time.

I had this doctor for more than a year with only one minor medical problem and on no occasion did I ever see the doctor or a doctor at all only a PA. The PA's were good but never saw a doctor but always got charged for a Doctor Visit. Do not go to this office if you plan to or need to see a doctor.

She wouldn't let us see the Doctor for a prescription unless we paid $200. $120 was for the visit and $80 for the labs. I told her we don't want to do the blood work because we were only there to get a prescription. She said it's our policy that you're always supposed to get blood work done every 3 months. Our last blood work was 5/25, it was 8/18, can't we reschedule, no. I told her as patients we have rights to refuse service, she said no you don't. It's our policy that you have to have blood work done. The she says you guys owe me $ from the last visit **what!**. I told her, you told us that normally you charge $80 but we can pay $60. Long Story Short, she called the cops on us because we were disruptive. I wanted all my medical history from them and was waiting patiently for it. I even asked for the copies of everything I filled out on our first visit and she said no, we're not giving them to you.

Trustful doctor and staff.
