However, that experience was significantly undermined when I recently needed to schedule a follow-up appointment after an emergency room visit for my thumb. The front office staff at STB&J were unhelpful and made it unnecessarily difficult to secure timely follow-up care. For a situation involving a hand injury that had already required ER attention, that lack of responsiveness is unacceptable. Because of this, my overall rating for the practice drops to two stars. Strong physicians are only part of the equation--access to care when it matters is just as critical, and in this case, the practice fell short.

When I went to other place they told me he was healed no wonder they didn't send his X-Rays to the new doctor. I was told from them they wanted to see him in another 4 weeks if we would've waited we would've paid for another visit and X-rays and he would've needed rehabilitation... all around poor care
