10 boneless wings. Georgia Girl Mild.
Traci S.

Since the restaurant was on our path home, we decided to order online and pick up. Got home and opened the order. Ordered 20 wings extra crispy... NOT extra crispy at all. Had to come home and put them in the air fryer to finish cooking them. 10 boneless wings were good but sitting in a pool of grease. 5 wings teriyaki. Son said they were good. 2 sides of fries @ $4.99 a piece. Opened the box marked 2x fries and it was less than half full. Called and spoke with a server who apologized and said she would get manager. Apparently manager was too busy to come to the phone so she told the server to tell me they weigh their portions and they were properly portioned for 2x's. For $10, I expect more than half a box of fries. They said I could come up and pick up more but I live too far away to drive for fries that should have been in the box in the first place. Server on the phone was kind but management could use some customer service skills for sure!! Portions are VERY small for price. Won't be back until under new management!

Plain ol' chicken sandwich

Outside of the wings, the food was horrible. The Plain Ol' chicken sandwich is a chicken tender on soggy toast. I was charged 99 cents to have the chicken shaken in a sauce and had to ask twice just to get the sauce on the side. The fried pickles were cooked in dirty grease, they were soggy and you could taste the grease that pooled in the bottom of the liner. The fries were also soggy and tasted like dirty grease. The silver lining was that the server did remove the fried pickles and waffle fries from the bill.

Ordered wings for a quick last minute party. The food was hot and ready when I came for pick up (called 5hrs ahead)

Boneless wings

Came in with my family of 4 and waited over an hour. The place wasn't busy at all... we waited just for them to get all of our orders messed up. My order ( in the picture ) was correct but under cooked. The manager refused to comp our food after stating we weren't pleased at all.

Yesterday we went out for my mom birthday. the service start off okay. I didn't get her name but…read moreshe didn't really take care of us like the other customers she were attending to. Had to ask for items multiple times. However, the food was good I had the blooming chicken and loaded baked potatoe (I should've took a picture before) the potatoes were amazing baked to perfection. The chicken gives off a lemon flavor but I didn't like the sauce that comes with it. The chicken is extremely juicy and if you love extra chicken skin get this meal.

So, with my wife being out of town trying to figure out what to have for dinner one night. I was…read morecraving a salad with some steak on top so I figured I would give Outback a chance. After looking over the menu, they do offer a steakhouse salad for $19.99 however, the steak is a center-cut sirloin which would not be my first choice. I would prefer a ribeye, but you can't just swap out the steak type. The waitress, Christine, suggested I order a steak of my choice, and then make a larger salad both of my sides. So, my salad was bigger than the normal side and yet didn't cost extra because it came with the steak as two of my sides. I felt it was a clever solution to my dilemma. I got a good size salad with a steak that I wanted which ended up being a Delmonico ribeye, which is a new item on their menu according to what it says. The ambience most people were seated at or around the bar area and when I arrived, it took a couple minutes before someone saw me up at the greeting podium. I asked her to seat me away from the bar area and she ended up seating me right on the other side of the partition of the bar area right in front of the kitchen. Which is better than being seated in front of the bathroom. but there is a lot of foot traffic with the weight staff going in and out of the kitchen and having to loudly good grief, yell the word "corner!" when going in and out to warn others to avoid a collision. I would've preferred to be seated further away to a more isolated spot. They were certain plenty of tables to choose from, showing that they were really, not all that busy on a Thursday night. My steak was cooked as ordered, which was medium rare and the flavor was pretty good and relatively tender. I do like their blue cheese vinaigrette dressing on the salad, I even asked Christina if I could get a side of croutons so I could add them and she obliged. I feel like many many years ago the croutons used to be different and were really just cut up pieces of their house bread and they changed them at some point. overall, it's a decent experience. after my tip, my order was $49 even. The Delmonico alone was $33. I could've easily spent that much on lower quality fast food which these days is no longer a cheap option. they're a little kiosk at the table advertised a deal where you can get one adult entrée dine-in and then pay 10 more dollars for another whole order to take home. I didn't see any fine print on the ad about any restrictions of what to order which would be shocking because you could order something very expensive on the menu for $10 imagine getting another whole steak and lobster tail add-on for just $10. I may have to look more into this deal.

Although my server had a few tables, she did a great job keeping us updated on our order and making sure our drinks stayed full, which I always appreciate. Our food came out after a short wait, and everything looked delicious. I ordered the strawberry stuffed cheesecake pancakes with a side of sausage, and it did not disappoint. The pancakes were flavorful and satisfying, and the sausage was a nice complement. Overall, a really solid breakfast experience. I'd definitely order this again on my next visit.

This recent visit will have me happy to do a little forgetting. Food- 2/10. The only thing that was ok on this visit was my sons fries. It was clear that my chicken fried chicken and his burger were made and set aside to wait on fresh fries. The fries were perfect, hot and crisp. His burger was cold and the bun starting to go soggy. My chicken was cold, the breading was a tough yet soggy mess and the gravy had congealed to a near solid state. My carrots were cold and mush and the hashbrowns casserole was also cold. Service-2/10. The staff clearly had regulars or friends that came that they were happy to pass their workday with but that meant we were just sitting there waiting. Over 15 minutes for our drinks and another 30 minutes for food after our order was placed. Atmosphere-9/10. The stores have clearly been getting makeovers as the dinning area was entirely new and fresh. I would have really enjoyed the visit if I was basing it on the ambiance alone.

The team members were politely social and regularly checked on their tables. I wasn't sure if I had to wait or could seat myself. So, I walked in and moved toward the breakfast bar but was seated by one of the owners, Celine (I hope that I spelled it right.) I ordered an egg, soft scrambled, turkey sausage with grits, a pancake and a cup of decaf coffee. The pancake was LARGE . I knew that I wasn't going to finish, and I was right! I reckon it's standard not to season eggs, but would that include the water for grits? A suggestion: try cooking the grits in broth to enhance the flavor! That's it. Celine shared that she and Mark have owned the restaurant for the past 3 of the 35-year history. She jokes that he looks like Guy Fieri and he quips that he's better looking. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. I plan to try their lunch menu, soon.
