Corinphean Mitchell this is for you. This lady was absolutely the worst customer service I've ever seen! She was short she was very rude and had her mind made up before she even talked to me. I have never been so disrespected in my life. I bought A kayak on May 23, 2020. My tracking number stated that my shipment would be delivered June 8, 2020. I did not receive it until 4:00pm today. I called The freight service about four times to track my order and they stated they couldn't find it. The literally lost my order! This was for my husband's birthday and he didn't even get it in time! When i call The sporting goods yesterday they lady i spoke To told me that she was refunding my money and was personally going to call the freight service and see if she couldn't work it out. Our connection was lost and she never called me back. So today i called (Still at this point did NOt have my kayak) and they told me that in no way shape or form was they giving me my money back. She said since i receved It today that she did not care that it was late. She stated that it was not her problem or her fault! I'm so so upset. I have NEVER had such bad customer service in my life. I really Hope if you are reading this you buy from somewhere else! I understand Bad days happen but this is unacceptable. I called Them back after that because I'm just really hurt and she made me feel like i wasnt Important. The lady told me on the phone that she was so sorry her coworker acted like that but she was below Mrs. Mitchell and she could help me. She said that they should have at least refunded the kayak price since the shipping was 170$ and the kayak cost 170$

I ordered 3 pair of shoes from an online source that I had to return because of poor sizing and ill-fitting construction. A neighbor recommended Pro Bike+Run - Robinson. I worked with representative Sam Snodgrass. This guy really knows his product and process to make sure you are fitted properly. Your foot is first measured for proper sizing. Secondly, the pressure points and foot arch are determined and displayed and lastly your gait is videoed. Now it's time to try a number of shoes to see how these elements help to determine a proper fit. Myself, I settled on the New Balance Foam Fresh 1080's. These are not only comfortable for walking, but I was amazed at the relief I was getting for my lower back! Unbelievable! I also purchased a pair of "flip-flops". Next, my wife was so impressed she completed the same process and purchased a pair of shoes and "flip-flops" as well. We are extremely satisfied customers and will suggest anyone at least try the Pro Bike+Run process before they purchase a pair of shoes. Lastly, the pricing was very palpable. For the comfort, I believe $159.00 price tag is not too much to pay. "I will pay good money for my shoes and my bed because if I am not on my back, I'm on my feet"! Stopped in today to get my 13 year old son fitted for some new clubs (he'd outgrown his old…read moreones...after one year!). The appointment started on time and the young man that assisted my lad did a thorough job, watching him hit and taking measurements (they should have some shafts fitted with jumbo grips, though...as my 6 footer needs them). I had clubs made there for me a number of years back, and the process was similar. Once done, we finished our selections, and the order was submitted...all in all about an hour+ process. Easy peasy. Reasonably priced for custom Taylormades - around $900 (for the irons...add another $5-600 for woods. Then add putter. A bag. Inexpensive sport...lol...ya gotta love it. Good place. Nice folks. Great service and selection. Fore!!!

Went in for a scheduled iron fitting back in 2019 and was scheduled with a guy who went by "Boston…read moreTony." I told him I've hit my friend's irons pretty well who were +0.5" longer than standard. I tried a few different game improve irons while there and landed on TM Sim 2 irons. He insisted I should go with a half inch shorter than standard which I could not fathom how that could be...He said this was due to my swing path, I hit them okay during her fitting and to this day I really can't hit them consistently. For reference I am 6'3" and have long arms and legs. Not sure if that guy still works there or not but I would steer clear of him and ask for someone else for anything fitting related. I have since went elsewhere and got fit for TM P790s with that +0.5" shaft length and I am a much happier camper.
