We had previously been happy customers and spent a lot of $ there over the years, so we were somewhat certain they'd offer to trade in for another model. After all, the tires still have the "nubs" as it hasn't been ridden. Best they'd offer is to sell on consignment and keep 30% of the proceeds. Poor service and we won't be back.
