Not happy today with this place I have been purchasing my work Hokas along with buying my family work hokas for numerous years. At the last tent sale/20% off inside they happily ordered the size I needed and honored the 20% off, this time of course the are out of a woman's 9 and will not honor the discount. I asked to speak with the manager and he was this younger sarcastic guy who says they probably haven't ever given discount during a tent sale. This just is not professional to have not been a problem just like 5 months ago and it was no issue when he ordered the right size but now this young guy wants to be arrogant and on a power trip. Overpriced, cheap shoes and little to no help from staff. Plus all shoes are in the back, so you need to find one of the un-helpful staff to find your shoes for you. We walked into this store yesterday, I have wanted to shop there since it was opened. We don't live in town so we finally made it. We were not greeted by ONE single employee, ever! The store was so crammed with merchandise that I couldn't tell one section from the next and everything was packed in. Not one employee ever asked us if we needed help either. We wandered about for a while and tried a few things on but again, no direction from an employee made it difficult to shop. I would have appreciated a greeting, a "may I help you", or even someone to point me in the direction of what I was looking for. We left the store and I will NEVER go in there again! We went to two more stores where the employees smiled and said HELLO when we walked in. Active Endeavors, train your employees, we the customer pays their salaries, shouldn't they say hi and maybe step out from behind the desk and greet us or ask us if we need some help? Total.
