Chris was absolutely awesome and even called another store that had what I thought I wanted and had them hold them for me. Ended up hating those after wearing them around the house and went back to Chris and returned them and ended up getting what he had suggested in the first place. I haven't been wearing them long, but I can already say they're by favorite shoes I've ever had (bedrock cairns). The customer service here is what it used to be at REI. I'll go here from now on.

Neither of us were interested in buying the credit card and that sentiment has not changed since our visit.
