From an operations standpoint, the experience has slipped as well. As a member, there are essentially no perks or efficiencies when checking in, which makes the membership feel unnecessary. On multiple visits, lanes were not properly set up. Cardboard backers and basic supplies were missing, which creates delays and frustration before you even start shooting. I'm sharing this because I want to see the range succeed. Freedom has the potential to be a strong facility again, but safety consistency, better lane readiness, and clearer value for members need to be addressed.
