She was horrified that we had been on that dangerous part of 295 and she had one of the drivers called out immediately to come to our aide. I understand being short staffed and scheduling is an issue, but when a customers vehicle has to be left for previous repairs that are failing, it makes the situation untenable. I chose VIP based upon AAA endorsement and referral plus the Veterans discount. I know there was a change in management at this Farmingdale location and the service being received is nothing like I received with the previous management team.
