Their website states that substitutions will be of equal or higher value and that the overall theme and integrity of the arrangement will remain intact. The arrangement I purchased did not fulfill this promise. For example, in the website picture of the arrangement, there are 8-9 roses. In the delivered arrangement there are 3. Multiple other details are missing and the final product was a sad downgrade to the original. I don't take giving poor reviews lightly as I know this is someone's livelihood. I wrote the owner to express my dissatisfaction and was basically dismissed. I am posting the website arrangement and the delivered product. Buyer beware.

I was home the other day and when I glanced out the window, I saw a delivery man approaching my home. Seeing him carrying a bouquet of flowers, I was sure he had the wrong house. To my surprise, he had the right one. A friend/co-worker had sent me the bouquet as a thank-you for all the Happy Hours and special events I organize at work.
