Staff are friendly, very personable, dedicated, and all have great senses of humour. Quality items dominate the selection with things for men, women, children, and the household in general. The clothing seems to be aimed at the older set, as do many of the books. It is evident that a lot of senior citizens donate items here, but please don't let that stop you from supporting them even if you aren't yet in your golden years. Parking can be tricky, but there are spots in the rear of the property. The store has thick pile rug throughout, so if one is using any assistance to walk (cane, walker, etc.), be advised the carpeting and the narrow hallway may impeded you a wee bit. Ramp accessible, so no worries. My crafty lass hit the jackpot finding lots of yarn, lace, thread, and other notions for her creative endeavors. I just like to see her happy and this wonderful shop benefit. They have a second location in Rockaway Beach that is nice as well.

When I inquired about the discrepancy, I was informed that the opening time had been changed and that I could simply wait another hour. What was even more concerning was the apparent lack of professionalism displayed during the interaction. After deciding to leave, I overheard comments from staff that I found disrespectful and inappropriate. Whether directed at me or not, hearing employees speak negatively about customers within earshot reflects poorly on the organization. My frustration is not simply about a wasted trip. It is about the combination of inaccurate information, dismissive customer service, and unprofessional behavior.
