Less than a year later, no accidents, no tickets, 100% clear driving record, and I find out that my carrier is cancelling my coverage. Venczel did not notify me, no phone call, email, or letter. I received no letter from the carrier. I found out because I checked my billing statements online, knowing my renewal was coming up and there was no bill. The Venczel agent, said I should go to the prior agent. So I am moving all my business. They do not care about your business and loyalty at all. Very upset.
