I have seen his truck in the area throughout the years. Every time I "sprung a leak" in the plumbing underneath, Terry was responsive and reasonable, even on a weekend without extra charge on occasion (just don't expect that). He has also replaced my water heater (that he installed years earlier with former owner), in which visit he also installed a new toilet seat he noticed I had on hand free of charge (I know it's super easy, but nice gesture). He suggested he install an accessible shut-off ball valve within the home to help minimize possible leakages from burst pipes when I am away, which he installed at a reasonable price. Terry is clearly a knowledgeable plumber who I can recommend without reservation. I also know that he chooses to install the highest quality parts for certain applications, like outdoor spigots, that are much more freeze resistant than builder-grade.
