I paid out of my pocket on top of it. I invested with Carshield warranty for Year's! I couldn't have done it without them You collected $800.00 core deposit fee on my old motor that Carshield and myself invested into being fixed. So I don't see where it was free. You pu.t a engine in from your wife's choice auto zone and it was a failure and you replaced it not once but twice ! I was told it was coming from somewhere else. I wouldn't have allowed a AutoZone motor. But your wife was employed with them once..I called and told Rosie your wife that the engine light is still on. She told me on a couple of calls she would see when you're available to look at it. I didn't ever receive those calls..I called and left messages. You both took me for a ride and you had the truck for what seem to be a year or longer..the engine light still comes on to this day. I pray you do better work on transmissions than you do Motors..It's good to hear you speak up? Everything went through your wife only. I'm surprised you didn't let her speakl for you this time too..Lesson well learned..

Miraculously, they found a whole bunch of other things that needed work that wasn't mentioned at all during the last oil change just 5000 miles before, done at the same dealership. Their quote to complete all that work was just under $7000, with just 1 "photo". I work in auto insurance and know car parts and that photo was so close you could barely tell what "damage" there was. I also didn't appreciate that the service advisor talked down to me like I was completely clueless. Took it to Roberto at Diego's and he took a look at everything Toyota claimed. He also took a look at the work Toyota claimed they did. He allowed you to actually look at everything he was pointing out so you could actual confirm everything he was saying needed to be fixed. Some of the work Toyota claimed they did was either not done at all or not done well and should be redone. Also, some of the work Toyota claimed was completely false and showed you exactly why. After his review my amount went down to less than $2000 to fix my car. Much more affordable and I actually believe him and he explained enduring without talking down to me. He fixed up everything in a day!! Had my car back the next afternoon. Drives almost like new now!! Highly recommended everyone go see Roberto!

Brad and Chris have always been very accommodating for my schedule. Unfortunately, had my oil changed yesterday (2/1/24) by Ken and it was sloppily done. While driving the vehicle away it started to smoke, especially while sitting at a stop light. Pulled into a parking lot and opened the hood and smoke started rolling out. At that point noticed a large spill of oil from the fill spout down the engine block. Called and Brad and explained what was going on, took it back so they could clean the mess made by Ken. We know spills happen, but cleaning up after such a spill is the sign of someone who cares about the work that they do. I will definitely be back, but only if Ken does not do a simple oil change.

I brought my vehicle in thinking I was dealing with a straightforward issue, but the quote I…read morereceived left a bad taste in my mouth. The parts listed were things you can easily price out yourself, and the markup on them felt excessive. I understand shops need to make a profit, but this didn't feel like a reasonable margin, it felt like straight-up price gouging. On top of that, nothing about the explanation gave me confidence that they were trying to help me find the most cost-effective solution. It came across more like they were taking advantage of the situation rather than being transparent and fair. I'm all for paying for quality work, but there's a difference between fair pricing and inflating costs because you can. I'd recommend getting a second opinion before committing here. I have a diagnostic test ran and it says evap system. I call the shop let them know this issue happened. Turns out a valve was broken on the fuel tank during the fuel pump replacement and they tried to fix it so it would go unnoticed. They tried glueing it back on!!! Well I noticed! Now this replacement turned into another $1k+ fix. I called the shop multiple times to try to get his sorted out and they kept giving me the run around and passing me off to other people. The whole experience was frustrating and no they did not replace my fuel tank. I would not recommend going to this shop for any repairs. They broke something and tried to cover it up hoping I wouldn't find out!
