I told him I needed to get my vehicle an alignment and he was able to get me in. I told him about my other vehicle that from a code scanner saying I have a vacuum leak. The manager (Elvira) heard what was going on and shared her knowledge about the cause and said they can perform a smoke test and full inspection of the vehicle. Just bring it in and once your vehicle is done with the alignment, they will put your other vehicle up to inspect and run the test. After the testing I get a full report with pictures of what was looked at and what the main cause that needs to be repaired immediately to fix the issue. Very professional, organized, and prices are fair. We may have found our auto shop to repair our vehicles now. Family owned business and local business. Both that I love to support! I will definitely share the referral and tell others to bring their vehicles there.

When I saw their quote for the tires and brake job, I thought it was unreasonably high. I declined their services and decided to do some research online. After calling four different tire shops, I found this place and immediately felt reassured. Over the phone, I spoke with a very friendly and helpful lady who provided me with a much more reasonable quote for the tires and brake work. I decided to give them a try, and I'm so glad I did! When I arrived, they completed the work efficiently and professionally. The lady at the front counter, along with her daughter, was not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable. The team in the shop did an excellent job and treated my car with care. It's rare to find such a combination of great service, reasonable prices, and friendly people. I recently noticed a nail in one of my tires, so I brought it in and they put a plug in it. The very next day, my tire pressure dropped again. I went back and asked them if they could properly patch the tire because driving on it like that isn't safe. That's when they told me patches are NOT covered and it would cost $35. I told them they need to be more clear about what's actually covered under their warranty. After that, the customer service completely changed. The guy got slick with me and started talking smart instead of trying to help. I'm just a working class man trying to save a dollar, and this is the kind of treatment I get for supporting their business. I honestly do not recommend this place. You're probably better off going to Costco or Big O Tires down the street where the warranties and customer service are much clearer and more professional.

He told me they can do a walk in since they are not busy, so I was there about 20 minutes after the call. When I checked in, I was greeted quickly and was quoted a wait time of about 1 hour 30 min. I was fine with this knowing I did not have an appointment. The person who helped me in person was also really nice. I'm sorry I forgot everyone's names. But all the workers I saw were nice and provided great service to customers who were there and those who walked in. I ended up waiting about 30 minutes for my tire rotation, which was a lot quicker than quoted. In total, I think I was here for about 30-40 minutes only. Great quick service, considering my past with other America's tires back in Sacramento.

A gentleman in one of the stalls helped me. He told me where to park and he put air in my tires. He was super friendly and explained why my tire pressure gauge went off. I returned a second time to get tires on my car. A very nice woman helped my partner and I at the front desk. She helped us select tires and we were out of there in 30-ish minutes. They should've been able to and wanted to sell me a new tire which would've been fine. Had they not suddenly increased the price $50-$60 from what they initially quoted me. I declined as their competitors are offering the same tire and the same service for significantly less. Wife went to pick up the car and she was rude and passive aggressive with her as well wanting to know why we declined to have them replace and then pretended not to be able to find our key.
