I brought it to Osuna instead of Gilroy Generator & Starter Inc (they quoted $145) but since Watsonville was closer and cost less, that made my decision. Had someone pick it up today with my card and they charged $181.54. They questioned it and the response was, it cost $175. Which was the total before tax. They'd called to say it was ready for pick up without mentioning that it was more than the quote. They kept raising the quote because they kept "forgetting stuff". They filled out the paperwork with the "original quote" being much higher than what was told to me over the phone. When I called first thing in the morning they said "Oh, its done". When asked why they didn't call they said "we just finished it late".
