We cannot say enough wonderful things about Stratford School in Morgan Hill! Our eldest son has…read morebeen part of the Stratford family since second grade, and as he prepares to graduate this year, we can truly say that choosing Stratford was one of the best decisions we made for our family. Our youngest is now in first grade, after having an amazing kindergarten experience at Stratford as well. Over the years, we have been incredibly impressed not only by the quality of education, but also by the dedication, care, and support the teachers and staff provide to their students. Our children have grown academically, socially, and personally in such a positive and nurturing environment. A special thank you to Mrs. Violet and Andrea, who have been absolutely amazing. They are incredibly supportive, caring, and genuinely wonderful people. Their kindness, dedication, and willingness to always be there for our family have made such a difference. We are truly grateful for everything they do and for the positive impact they have had on our children and our family. What makes Stratford especially special to us is that it feels like more than just a school it feels like a family. The community is welcoming, supportive, and genuinely invested in the success and well-being of each child. As parents, we have always felt heard, supported, and confident knowing our children are in such wonderful hands. Watching our eldest grow from a second grader into the young man he is today has been incredibly special, and we are so grateful to Stratford for being such an important part of his journey. We are equally grateful that our youngest gets to continue that journey with the Stratford family. We wholeheartedly recommend Stratford School Morgan Hill to any family considering a school for their children. The education, teachers, staff, community, and overall experience have been exceptional. We are truly grateful to be part of the Stratford family!

I highly recommend Stratford School in Morgan Hill! My daughter attended 5th grade here and has…read morerecently graduated, and we were absolutely thrilled with our experience. The curriculum design is outstanding. The school places a strong emphasis on core academics and genuine teaching. As a parent, it was incredibly reassuring to see a school dedicated strictly to academic excellence and traditional core values, without being distracted by the non-academic social and gender topics that are increasingly prevalent in public schools today. It gave me great peace of mind. I also have to mention how beautiful the campus itself is. The building features gorgeous high ceilings and real wood floors. Unlike so many modern schools that can feel sterile and lifeless--almost like a hospital or an office building--Stratford has a warm, welcoming, and truly premium environment. It genuinely feels like a luxury, top-tier private school. My daughter needed some extra support in math, and her 5th-grade teacher, Ms. Hannah, was a blessing. She was incredibly patient and took the time to help my daughter step-by-step, not just in math but across all subjects. Because of this, my daughter felt comfortable, confident, and loved learning in her class. She also made great friends and got along wonderfully with her classmates. The administration and staff are phenomenal. When we had to make a very last-minute transition to Stratford in 2025 after the school year had already started, Ms. Andrea from the admin team quickly and efficiently handled our enrollment, making a stressful situation so much easier. We also had wonderful experiences with other amazing teachers, like Ms. Ashley and Ms. Patricia. A special shoutout to Stratford's unique Music Class! The music program is fantastic, and the music teacher is exceptional. Our whole family, especially my husband and my mother-in-law absolutely loved the winter and spring programs the school put together. I firmly believe music education is vital at any age, and as a parent, I am so grateful that Stratford is willing to invest so much in the arts. I also want to highlight the school's special after-school Chinese club. My daughter and her classmates had so much fun learning there! It is a wonderful and unique program that you simply won't find at any other school in Morgan Hill. Finally, I want to specifically commend the principal, Ms. Violet. Her management style and the way she leads the school gave me so much confidence. I felt completely secure having my child here. My only regret is that we didn't move her to this school sooner! I highly, highly recommend Stratford Morgan Hill!

The owners, especially the lady, just want your money. I've sat in at every single session the past…read moretwo months and observed how the sessions are run. The staff are overworked and students are not given enough attention. Students are given work to complete; similar to Kumon. Ratio at one point was 5 students to 1 tutor! The last month was horrible, 4-5 students per instructor. One time during session the only instructor that was there even answered the phones! I advise parents to get out of their cars and observe what they are throwing their money at. You are throwing your money down the drain! Unless you have an endless stream of cash then right go ahead. Lady owner is also so mean. She likes to hide the blocks from my son who has Austism and ADHD. Said they are for fractions, but she's just plain mean, unempathetic and overworks her employees, so she can leave the leave early. Yea, I may be on my phone, but I'm always watching.

They have made so many friends and love all their teachers. All of the teachers and staff have been so wonderful and accommodating. We truly feel that our children are loved , safe, and cared for. As a teacher myself, I have been more than impressed with the amount of curriculum my children have been exposed to and learned this school year. They have learned their numbers, letters, phonics, and so many lifelong learning skills all before age four. I have also noticed so many new wonderful behaviors my twins have picked up from attending LSS such as praying or thanking me for the food before they eat, using manners, sharing, and just deeply caring for others around them. We have made so many great friends here as well. Without any doubt, I highly recommend Little Sonshine for anyone looking for a Preschool, PK, TK, or Kindergarten for their little ones and desire a school that not only educates the whole child, but teaches them to be compassionate to others too. You will enjoy the annual Christmas Program, Fall and Spring Photos, Bike-a-thon, Mother's Day Tea, and Father's Day Donuts, Graduation, and many other events. As parents we also receive weekly feedback from the teachers and monthly newsletters. The teachers are ver approachable and respond to your needs and questions immediately. I feel like I gained a community of friends and family from LSS. Little Sonshine Schoolhouse will always hold a special place in my family's hearts forever.

Our daughter has been with Nicole from about nearly 2 years and there has been amazing growth in her. Her speech, academics, and ability to read has blossomed here so much so that we have little scholastic worries in kindergarten. The teacher is so caring and supportive to the little ones creating a positive space for their little brains to work out their own problems. Our daughter is getting more and more independent everyday at a natural pace within her ability. She helps a little and watches them try on their own which is better than just having things down for them. She helped with potty training, writing, reading, eating with utensils, taking turns, and so much more. Nicole also helped our family when we needed flexibility with scheduling as our daughter needed to take outside classes. It's not a service it's more like a little home where the kids naturally learn but still have time for relaxing and an occasional dance party. It's fairly priced but for our family it is priceless. If you're lucky enough to get an opportunity (there's only about 6 max slots available) I would take it!
