Linda guided us throughout the entire process, with excellent advice and insights, and got us the best possible results. We needed an unusual amount of hand-holding, and Linda was able to provide that each time with her knowledge, experience, and network. She went above and beyond with her service to keep us calm and grounded throughout the stressful elongated process. There were a million complex details and nuances, including a few important ones that we wouldn't have thought of ourselves, and required us to make quick decisions on a short timeline. Linda recently helped me sell my condo in a difficult market environment. I was incredibly…read moreimpressed with her skill, hard work and thoughtfulness during the entire process. I recommend her without reservations to any buyer or seller in the Bay Area. Among her many strengths are: 1. Uncompromising integrity. I have worked with several agents over the last 25 years in the Bay Area, and Linda's integrity stands above the crowd. This is not only important to me at a personal level, this protects the seller during the transaction. 2. Commitment and work effort. Linda puts 100% into marketing her client's property, regardless of the size of the property. The time, attention to detail, and strategizing she gave to my condo was impressive and ongoing. She does not simply take a cookie cutter approach, but customizes her marketing for each client. 3. Strong communication. Linda is quick to respond and thorough in discussions, whether by text, phone or in person. As I was selling from out of state, this aspect gave me so much peace of mind as I was never left "hanging" and each of my questions was treated as important. 4. Emotional Intelligence. Especially in a changing, difficult market landscape, a real estate transaction is very nerve-wracking. Linda patiently educates her client on the current environment and gently coaches her client to move past emotion. Linda truly felt like a partner and friend to shift my focus to my key priorities/tradeoffs in selling my condo. 5. Skill and Experience. Especially in a choppy market, gifted realtors shine. Linda has decades of experience -- during fast markets and slow, different interest rate levels, and changing regulatory regimes. This, along with her vast industry connections, allowed her to (1) highlight the uniquely desirable aspects of my condo, (2) preemptively turn potential buyer concerns into positive attributes of my condo, and (3) spread word of my listing to the broader real estate community, including out-of-town buyers.

When I decided to sell it and move out of state I was lost; I had no idea what to do and how complicated it could be. Every step of the way she explained what I needed to do next, helped me with official forms, and if I was confused or if I had no idea who to talk to to get something done, she gave me helpful options, and even made phone calls to use her muscle and clout to bargain when I needed to contract out some help. First off, Linda is a delight to be around, which made what can be a very stressful process, as easy going and calm as it can be. Additionally, she has tremendous local market knowledge, many years of experience, and expertise navigating the nuanced San Francisco real estate scene, giving us peace of mind in a very competitive environment. She's well connected with other SF agents, and we saw first-hand how her relationships and reputation enabled us to view homes when seller agents weren't available, and how other agents respected and seemed to enjoy working with her. Linda worked to understand our needs and adjusted her search over time, as we gave feedback on homes we toured, and learned more about what we liked and didn't like. She patiently toured multiple homes with us, quickly scheduling appointments when we expressed interest in a property, to ensure we never missed out on a potential opportunity. Linda was available night and day, weekdays and weekends, answering texts usually within minutes, if not immediately, and making herself available for calls to thoroughly discuss disclosures, or any other pertinent information. The one time she wasn't able to join us for a tour, she coordinated with the seller's agent to schedule the appointment and arranged for a team member to meet us at the property. She assured us that someone from her team would always be available for situations like that, if needed. When we found the home that we knew we wanted to put an offer on, Linda expressed our interest to the seller's agent and learned that there was a competing offer in place that expired within an hour. She successfully negotiated an extension to that deadline, giving us a few additional hours to act. She then worked with us to draft a strong offer and coordinate with our lender to ensure the loan documents were ready--all within a few hours on a Sunday afternoon. She called us around 10pm that evening to let us know our offer had been accepted! Linda's customer service is unparalleled, her expertise and professionalism impressive, and we highly recommend working with her!
