Coming from a country where you walk into your family doctor's office and would be seen in 20 minutes, figuring out how to utilise my medical insurance was a challenge, but it was all worth it because I found Dr. Threewitt. She was extremely kind and informative, very good at giving information according to the patient's background--after I told her I took psychophysiology in college, she began talking about the quit-smoking drugs in a way that is more technically satisfying and therefore time consuming than I expected a hurried and busy American doctor would be willing to do. The staff was wonderful. As mentioned before, I am completely, actually PAINFULLY, ignorant of the American medical system. I was full of exceedingly strange questions and was dumbfounded when they were answered. Whenever the nurse returned, I'd ask the poor dear sweet girl about the forms, "what exactly are they asking me in this legally correct but logically contradictory sentence?" Never once did she frowned at me or threaten to kicked me out of the office. Bless her. Another thing that I found very wonderful is that the office was willing to work with my time line (the internship did not leave me months to wait for an available appointment).

Over the 10 years, she has been nothing but helpful, informative and always willing to sit and explain things to me in detail or answer any questions I have! She has always referred me to the right doctors, if a specialist is needed, and they've always been great referrals; I trust her COMPLETELY with my health and body. To address the person who accused her of being a pill pusher- I realize that review was posted back in 2011, but even back then, that comment is so far from the truth! I was diagnosed with a pinched nerve and fairly severe arthritis in my back in 2006. Dr. Threewitt, before even offering any type of pain prescription, pushed me to go to physical therapy and also gave me exercises to do at home to help alleviate the pain. As the years passed, the physical therapy was not helping as much and I REQUESTED that some sort of pain medication be prescribed to me to help me get through my day or sleep better at night. Even when I requested this, she still tried to suggest other options other than prescription drugs, she expressed to me her concerns about addiction and the damage that prescription pain pills could do to my internal organs. She really did everything in her power to keep me from using prescription meds for my back. So, I know first hand, she is NOT a pill pusher in any way. I absolutely love her, I feel like she's a part of my extended family, I am always happy to see her and never feel embarrassed to ask any questions, I feel more comfortable with her than any doctor I have ever been to and would recommend her to anyone who asked for a referral to a fantastic doctor!

I told Jessica that I wanted to transfer back to Dr. Kaplan and to make an appointment. I didn't except him to write a prescription without seeing me. I have been on the medication for over 10 years for HBP. Jessica told me that she would contact my primary doctor and will take care of it. I had to skip days to spread the medication while waiting for Jessica. The other day I phoned and left a message. Jessica called me back with a nasty attitude. She said, I TOLD YOU THAT YOU'RE NOT HIS PATIENT!" I said, "That is not what you said to me." I told her that I had not visited the new doctor for over a year. The doctor is on a sabbatical leave. I did not see her. I explained to Jessica that I lost my uncle and aunt about 6 months ago. I also told her that I lost my mom around 4 months ago and my sister passed away 1 month after my mom's funeral. My sister was heartbroken and couldn't accept the loss. I asked Jessica why did she have an attitude with me. She SHOUTED and said "IT'S YOU! YOU HAVE AN ATTITUDE WITH ME!!!" She then hung up on me. My blood pressure went up to 249/125. I no longer want to go to Dr. Kaplan's office as long as she's there. I am a patient and don't deserve that type of treatment. I went by Dr. Kaplan's on Friday (Yesterday). He was not there. I just want him to know how his assistant treated me. I pray that no one else experience that type of behavior from Jessica. She should consider patients illnesses. I have never had a problem with Dr. Kaplan. He recently referred me to an Endocrinologist. I went to the Endocrinologist. Business owners sometimes have no idea what goes on behind the scenes. So, I don't fault him at all. But, he should have Jessica attend courses on how to work with patients. I'm also old enough to be her mother. She should respect her elders. I believe that Jessica is in the wrong field.

After multiple medical errors over the years by other doctors, that many doctors refused to properly document, she took the effort to review my records and provide the most accurate medical record that I have had since the first error in 2010- proving to be the most ethical doctor I have ever interacted with. It takes a special person to stand up against the flow in medical systems. She is that type of person. The type that would stand up and say that is wrong. Ethical enough not to work for system that were no aligned with her ethical integrity. A very rare find. She even found the root cause of the of the issues that were missed for years along with doing a very thorough GI work up-greatly improving symptoms and lessening risk damaging other organs. Noting that I have been going to a Functional Medicine GI doctor and did not have such a thorough GI work up. I wish her the best and hope that everything is ok with her. We are not sure why she ended up closing her practice, I hope everything is good, but rating her closing her practice is not rating her as the excellent doctor she is. I wish that someone as smart and ethical as her would be filling the space-but that isn't happening-sadly.

I started seeing Dr. Michaud last year after my former FNP (and awful GI doc) ignored some serious symptoms. She has a great bedside manner, is smart, proactive, and thinks outside of the box. She even came up with possible diagnoses other specialists missed. Although we never figured out the cause, she took EVERYTHING I told her VERY seriously. As a veteran patient, I cannot count how many doctors downplay or ignore serious symptoms. Dr. Michaud not only does the opposite of those doctors but should also teach other doctors how to take their patients' concerns seriously. I was able to get in the following week after scheduling as a new patient and never had difficulty getting appointments. Her receptionist, Annabelle, and her MA, Rachel are friendly and helpful. I wish I found her sooner and had more time to be her patient. Thanks Dr. Michaud for listening to me and helping me as well as serving as an example for the care I hope to provide my patients as a family physician one day!

I had an urgent issue that couldn't wait and Dr. Chhaganlal was able to see me sooner. Great bedside manner, knowledgeable, responsive to messages, and doesn't overprescribe or order unnecessary tests. Even though I only see her a few times a year, she remembers info we've discussed at previous visits (even my applying to med school!). I really like when my doctors know me as a person and not just a chart. She also gives good recommendations, even if she isn't the one to treat me herself. Though she isn't sure if the cause of an ongoing rash on legs I've had for months, she recommended seeing an allergist because all of the allergies in my chart result in rashes or hives (I suspected it was allergy related for that reason). She sent the referral during my appointment (though I have a PPO plan) and I was able to get an appointment with an allergy PA in a few weeks. Hopefully the derm PA or allergy PA can figure out the cause! The staff is friendly, efficient, and responsive.
