Not only was she extremely timely in her arrival and work, but her work alone is the most detail oriented and efficient painting I have ever had done! She was also very clean and all of her work from beginning to end, so I did not have to worry about any additional messes to clean up when she left. I will only hire Sophie from now on for my painting needs, and I would highly recommend her for painting services.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! Worst customer service in my life. We hired them for master bathroom…read morerenovation. They sent a guy who spoke little English who said he could demo the bathroom in half a day. He proceeded to cut two water lines and LEAVE 20 min later without telling me (I was in the house). I called Riverway, they said he was overwhelmed and can't do the job and they can send someone else Tuesday. (This was Friday). I needed our water main back on, the girl on phone said she can send someone OR my crew can turn it back on "either way". My crew turned it on. Hours later I get home and realize my basement is flooded and ceiling busted through under the shower. Riverway owner was horrible on the phone to me!! "Your crew turned the main back on so legally I don't have to pay for this!" Terrible tone and attitude to me so my husband then took over. Riverway refused to pay for the service master cleanup/fans and has now ghosted us! All over $3,000 worth of repairs. I've texted owner multiple times and he will not respond so we have to pay for it ourselves. I'm telling everyone I know to never ever ever use Riverway!!!!

A row of the tiles doesn't match the alignment of the others, and there are gaps between the tiles, and between the tiles and the wall, the tub, and the door landing. There are also two areas behind the toilet that weren't covered at all. I was charged an additional $1,3000 so that a so-called specialist could be brought in to finish the floor. They also brought in a ladder to look at doing a project in the kitchen and left it in the house. I told them it was still here and put it by my driveway for them to pick up. it took them days to get it. Twice they were scheduled to do the floor work and didn't show up or call to say they wouldn't. This was an expensive mistake.

We reached out regarding a quote for ceiling ceiling texture removal and painting. Initially, they were responsive when scheduling the initial appointment. When the first appointment day came, they never showed up. It was until 45 minutes after the start time that I reached out and they told me they were busy at another job and didn't have access to their phone. They asked if we wanted to reschedule. Instead of saying no, we rescheduled a quote for today. Unfortunately, it is now almost 3 hours after our appt time and they haven't reached out. Safe to say we will not be us be using their services. I am hopeful that other customers have better experiences!

We were interested primarily in getting ideas for paint colors for our living room, perhaps with a…read moredifferent color on an accent wall, before purchasing new flooring. We met with the two owners of Monstera in our home, and discussions quickly strayed from painting to changing the living room and then to modifying our kitchen. The women focused on significant changes that would involve construction, including taking a wall down in the living room and revamping the kitchen. They did provide an interesting suggestion for changing the layout of our furniture in the living room, which would involve purchasing new furniture and eliminating some of our existing furnishings. We never received any written suggestions or recommendations. After a phone call from one of the owners, when I said that we were not interested in any large-scale construction projects, I quickly received a bill. We never received anything regarding the initial purpose of our request, nor did we receive anything written. We just paid for a two-hour conversation about how to spend a lot of money completely revamping our house. I could have spent the $275 on paint of our own choosing. Unless you are interested in a wholesale reconstruction project, I would not recommend this company.
