Arriving we were greeted by a friendly man. My wife floated while I got a massage, and then we swapped. The massage was AMAZING. The float was so awesome. You just fall into like a trance like experience, and feel like you are floating in space. The opening and closing of drawers during both massages was so unnecessary and disruptive, if you can't have oils available, at least put soft closes on the drawers. It just seemed like there was a lot of rest breaks or time wasting as opposed to customer care. This is not worth $350 for 2 fifty-minute massages.
