I went to this business at approximately 4:15 on 11/17/2019 to buy a pack of cigarettes. The price of the brand I smoke, Newports use to be $8.03, but have gone down every place including their. The attendant who waited on me, a chubbier woman, who is always sitting and doing nothing waited on me. She charged me the old price, when i questioned it, she was immediately rude. and it is not the first time. I go there bcus it is close, but i will pass it bye from her on. They need to fire that employee, for sure. I WAS a daily customer there, but they have 2 female employees, one who just cut her hair short, who are rude. I might go in again here shortly just to get their names. It is a shame, until recently they have had courteous employees, not now! I also had a bad encounter at the Shell on Chiholm St. in Alpena Mi about a month ago. The Shell stations used to be my favorites, but those 2 have gone downhill. A customer should never be talked down to or disrespected, their Employees need to be taught this? Maybe it is a management issue? read more
