They have had my seadoo 951DI engine for 4 years now. Where…read moredid it go? I have left 100s of messages on the phone to no avail. Send me back my 2 grand and my engine please, or honor your agreement and rebuild it and get it back to me. Boat sitting for 4 years now and wife is pretty pissed.

Had a horrible experience with Full Bore! Sent them our seadoo engine to rebuild in October of…read more2021, and was told we would get it back by May 2022. Had to pay the $1470 up front to get on their calendar. After May came and went we started calling and emailing, with never any response. You had to keep calling repeatedly until someone finally answered. We were then promised it would be done "next week" multiple times that never happened. We finally got the engine back in September of 2022, almost a full year after we sent it in. There was some kind of free floating metal piece left in the engine and as soon as we started it up the engine was destroyed. We called them multiple times and left messages telling them what had happened, but no response. We sent them a certified letter that was returned undeliverable, even though it was the same address we sent the engine to. We ended up having to take it somewhere else to be fixed, which cost $2581 due to the extensive damage the free floating metal piece caused. The new place pointed out that many of the parts were obviously not new, even though we had paid extra for all new. They also showed us why it was a bad job, without even considering the metal piece being left in the engine which caused all the damage. We don't know if Full Bore did this intentionally or by accident, but to not even return our calls was very unprofessional. The new place ended up doing an excellent job and much quicker. WOULD BE VERY CARE- FUL IF YOU PLAN ON USING THIS BUSINESS!
