Not only did I get the proper oil change, the crew that did the work was exceptional. I have a car that requires a re-set on the oil life ---per a button on the dash, and for 15 minutes all 3 of us tried every combination to get the button to re-set. Finally we got out the owners manual and the crew looked it up ..........success! Keep in mind, mature travelers need to feel safe and get good service. These 2 gentlemen went out of their way to make sure I was up & running before continuing on my journey. When people go the extra mile with customer service it is a breath of fresh air! As someone who tried to get help from corporate a few times about how customers were being scammed…read moreinto expensive services by employees (witnessed employees putting old dark motor oil on transmission and driveline samples to make it appear burnt/dirty/worn just to trick customers into an expensive transmission service) to bump sales numbers, listening to customers complain about how inappropriate comments and noises were made in front of customers and their children by employees, and witnessing some employees using substances while on the clock. The manager Bill hides it well and most employees fear him cutting their hours/pay or firing them for false reasons if they even so much as ask for the district manager Ricky's number in fear that it will be trouble for him. Anytime another manager higher up than him has to talk to an employee Bill gets upset and harasses them for information on what was talked about and if/what was all said. Customers have no clue to some of what happens right in front of them and or to their own vehicles but as someone from the company I do. Just know that not all employees do these shady things, it's just fear that keeps us from speaking up about it.

They were very professional, they cross checked everything with everyone in the bay so that all the guys knew what the other was doing. I assume this is for safety and it's brilliant.
